以前只在电视里看到的血腥场面，今天居然发生在我眼前，十步之内，我目睹了华尔街
一场30多人被砍死砍伤的血案。
我晚上9时许步行到了华尔街，那是依旧人潮涌动，明显有新鲜血液注入，很多年轻人
身着纽约大学的hoody,还有从new jersey过来声援的朋友，举着墨迹未干的大标语牌，
高呼打倒官僚资本主义，打倒帝国主义的口号。场面虽然火爆，但是程序井然。
9时40分许，突然从远处一家意大利餐馆冲出十几个带着面具的黑衣人，上身T恤绣有纳
粹图案。人人手持匕首，向示威人群扑去。
就在我眼前，一名女子瞬时就趴在血泊之中，白色T恤和蓝色牛仔短裤上血迹斑斑。这
名女子身后，站着一名面具黑衣男，他右手拿刀，又狠狠地在受伤女子身上补了两刀，
之后神情自若地看着女子向前蠕动。一阵挣扎后，中刀女子不再动弹。
我吓得蹲在在消防栓边上，双手抱头，悄悄环顾四周，吃惊的发现，本来维护治安的纽
约警察，居然不见踪影。
不到一分钟，一声尖锐的哨响，这十几个黑衣人5秒钟内，全部消失。留下了地上三十
多具年轻人的白花花的蠕动的身体。

纽约的治安越来越乱了，自上个月在roosevelt附近地铁E线被两个墨西哥人偷了钱包之
后， 昨天在ELMHURST地铁站被人跟踪。
我出地铁站的时候大概晚上11点pm， 一20左右，（可能还不到20）的小个子黑人跟我
打了个照面，朝我反方向走过去。路上有一些行人， 但是不多， Walgreen 门口讨钱
的老太太都还没有散场。我觉得自己有一种直觉， 然后在快到一个小路口的地方回了
一下头， 这下不得了， 发现那个黑人走在我后面， 10米不到的样子。我心里咯噔一
下， 然后路口正好红灯， 我就停了下来， 再一回头， 黑人停在离我5米的一家店门
口， 像是在店门口等人的样子，我一想， 不对啊， 如果正常的话， 一定会走过来等

短短一句话，三处错误：
1. 拨打的不是911，是non-emergency line
2. 和他通话的不是警方，是电话转接员
3. 没有什么“指示”（无法律强制力），只是建议。
有啊。区别在于可信度(credibility)，法律界的一句俗话是：To jury, credibility
is everything.
有间接证明 - 双方的体格差异，事发地点等等都间接指向TM为挑事者。不过慢着！其
实辩方根本不需要证明这个（虽然他们几乎已经做到了）- 反过来，GZ主动攻击TM有目
击者或者其他证明吗？- 要是控方证明不了这一点，GZ就无法被定罪。
当然是打死别人的几率高。因为中国人当中有三多三少：守法的多，热心社区的多，合

支持判Zimmerman刑的朋友认为是Zimmerman 故意找黑小孩事，打不过黑小孩，就打死
了人。支持Zimmerman无罪的朋友基本观察了冲突中Zimmerman被打，拔枪自卫的故事主
线。双方都有一定道理。但是我觉得作为中国来留学工作的普通人，我们应该支持判
Zimmerman无罪。
首先Zimmerman是不具有杀人动机的。从一个自己有枪，报警后尾随的人的角度想这个
问题，他只有两个目的，要么赶走Martin，要么拦住Martin,再次报警让警察来处理。
他当然允许自己拔枪自卫，但是绝不是想把这次机会当成racial profile之后杀人的大
好机会。
其次，Martin打人是黑人小孩很常见的行为。这是和他们成长环境有关的，确实对于他
们种族是较常见的。不少中国人见了黑人害怕，也是因为黑人对其他弱小的人经常动手
。Zimmerman各子连1米7都不到，换成黑人照样被Martin打。而且Zimmerman 肯定以一
