control my diet for racing. A basic principle is that, don't eat if you are
not hungry. Only eat when you are ready to eat. And don't eat till you are
full and can't stuff any more. Eat until you are no longer hungry, and then

燃烧这个名字我觉得一语双关，一是小说本来叫 烧仓房，二是燃烧的是人们自己心里
的魔，烧脑也是真的。
影片细节太多了，那只叫Boil的猫，免费得来的女式腕表，那个模糊隐约的电话，男主
敷衍厌世的微笑......
第一次觉得电影改编成小说没有太失去原味，记得有句话叫做：作品长了脚跑进了人们
的心里，我觉得燃烧就是这样的作品
一个作品多种视角去解读这就很玄妙了，惠美到底死没死，那只猫到底怎么解释，那个
还在家里的行李箱，以及那个粉色的女式腕表

开始的？

Worse case, if the hungry child will be in a bad shape if she does not eat
in 30 mins, shouldn't her parents pull the trigger / eat before getting on

如何以B为我，这是个认识的过程，当真正认识到A只是现象，而不是能的时候，
都是以能B为我。
当认同到“痛只是身识”的时候，就不会以痛为我。
身识的迷惑在于人们把I'm 和I feel混淆。
I feel hungry是以心为我，I'm hungry是以身为我。
有意义，能解决以何为我，才能解决心安问题，才能认真
修，深入禅定。
