So how much should this place cost, below $200K?
I am not sure if you can find such a property in Lincoln Park. If you did,
it probably needs major work.
I suggest you search on Redfin. It's a great tool to get a real sense of
what you can get for your price range. The agents are great at scheduling
tours, too.

you may not want to drive those winding mountain roads at night.
From Durango to Gunnison, you have to pass Million Dollar Hyway from
Silverton to Ouray, which will definitely slow you down. I'm not sure if
your friend actually drove from Durango to Aspen. Five-hour sounds mission
impossible to me.

发帖数: 561 | 30 班班好专业，恰恰和伦巴有很多共同之出，有好多伦巴的动作恰恰也可以跳，只不过恰
恰要快很多。恰恰是体现速度的，热情，很有活力。伦巴是表现男女之间缠绵悱恻的爱
情， 所以有很多女人用眼神和手势把男人招过来，又突然转身离去的动作。
国标标准舞一共有10种
其中摩登舞有：华尔兹，维也纳华尔兹，狐步，快步，Tango
拉丁舞有：samba, chacha, rumba, 牛仔舞和斗牛舞。
我觉得摩登舞中快步很难跳，拉丁中samba难跳， chacha最好跳。
当然要跳好了都不容易。
像Lambada, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata 都属于拉丁美洲的民间舞蹈，也有人叫做club
dance,不属于国标标准舞。但是因为动作自由度很大，没有什莫限制， 所以很好上手
，我也很喜欢这几种舞。
另外，在舞会上还会有Taiwanness Tango, swing, Hustle等舞曲。

Estee Launder现在买就送gift,我今天就打算去买他家的Nutrious Cream。过去柜台有
几个BA在忙，其中一个浓妆的老女人样的就过来用她那口音浓重的英文英文招呼我。
我告诉她我要买的，她说帮我找tester,然后我跟她过去到没人的那一边柜台，她说哎
呀没有tester了，因为这个Nutrious系列的不摆出来，我说没关系，我直接买一瓶。她
说你华人吗？我点头然后她改口用中文说，说我们现在有买65送一套礼物，我说不是35
就送吗？她说哦，Nutrious这套没得送，因为全纽约市只有我们这一家柜台有这个了，
卖得太好其他没货了，所以这个没得送。我有点意外，从来没听过还有例外品。然后我
就往粉底液那边走了走打算换买瓶粉底，刚好现在用的也快完了。结果这个JP又告诉我
，哎呀今天人太多，我们送的都完了。这就太可笑了，前面一个女的刚刷完卡领了礼物
