标 题: 抓狂啊，I131被拒了。谁有经验的帮帮忙吧。

3月初和485一起递的I131。485的钱（1070每个人）已经被取了，没收到485的I797表。
今天突然收到I131的rejection notice I797。LD和我的i131都被拒了，理由是没交钱
或钱不够。
谁有类似经历么。实在是搞不懂啊。现在最担心的是485的情况。别485也被拒吧？ |

I131 needs biometrics service
it is written in the I131 instruction for form at USCIS website
the reason I131 is not printed on the biometrics service appointment notice
is that they will use this biometrics service for all your I485, I765 and
I131
it is not listed there because you only paid for one biometrics service fee
This is not from my guessing, this is what I was told in the appointment
center by a manager there |

发帖数: 1 | 4 因为我填的关于I131部分，甚至照片两张都退回了，所以估计只有从新再寄了。
根据新版 I131 instruction page 12的要求，再次单独提交I131的话是需要
I485pending的收据的，所以现在一方面从新准备一方面等这个I485的收据，然后扫描
加在里面吧。

发帖数: 1 | 18 I485的check已经收了，但是居然收到了I131退回，说两点原因：
1. 付费不对或者没有付费
2.表格过期
对于2，我发现表格的日期是2016年到期，但是我清楚记得这个表是12月初从官网下载
的，但是今天再去下就是2018年过期了（难道是我的幻觉？）。然后我推断因为表格过
期，所以他们也没看和I485是绑定的，所以就说没有交费的原因1，因为I131的条例里
说明了I485随同提交的话是不额外收费的。
不知道大家有没有类似执导呢？

I received my I485 and I765 receipt yesterday (12/27/2016) so I got them
attached to the updated I131.

2017年11月提交了所有的材料，12月做了指纹采集。 我公司律师风格是所有材料一起
申请。
收到了i765, i131和i485的收据, 收据上的日期都是2017-11-01。
但是我没有收到I140的收据，据说是属于公司的，我拿不到，这正常吗？
然后我询问下一步怎么办的时候，律师的回复如下：
The next step will be the adjudication of the I-131 and I-765 applications,
which we anticipate will occur in 3-4 months. Processing times for the I-140
OR and I-485 are significantly longer, and those applications will likely
take about a year to process, based on current processing times.
请问应该怎么理解啊，我在网上查很多人说140一般6个月以内会下来，也有说9... 阅读全帖 |

别黑体注明了“you must complete Part4. of form indicating how your intended
travel fits one of the three purpose ”. 难道这个黑体的注明只是针对Advanced
Parole Document 的第5种情况，而不是提交485申请AP的第3种情况？如果真是这样，
这个说明文档真的是好容易造成歧义。 |

处理中）。 之前律师明明说如果有其它有效签证是可以的，所以就用H1B出境了。查了
一下最近好像管的严格了，所以只要离境就会被拒，是这样的吗？
这种情况会影响485申请吗？是不是可以重新免费申请I131呢？
