方便记为B=C^c, 就是C的补集，C是一些Ix的union
然后P(A交B) = P(A) - P(A交C)
P(A) 就是你要推的式子右面，当\Lambda=\Gamma的时候
剩下的 A交C 可以写成 (A交Ix1)并(A交Ix2)...并(A交Ixn), 然后用容斥原理，就可以

校，也觉得这里美国人很热情，很积极与新生留学生互动等等。但在这里待得久了，兴
奋劲过去后，才慢慢亲身经历很多问题。其中一个就是种族歧视。
我这里要说明下，我所了解的大部分中国人遇到歧视类问题时都选择忍受下去，所以我
决定站出来做一些改变。我写出这文章的目的只是为了跟大家看看我是如何处理问题的
，给大家一个参照。并不代表我的处理方法是最好的。
在美国，受过高等的教育的白人中很多都会在“表面上”遵守political correctness
（政治正确）的行为标准。但和他们相处久了，会发现，他们的政治正确往往更多是在
口头上的，只是不说，但不代表不会想。对于其中不少人来说，他们在心里或多或少还
是有着对东亚人的歧视。和他们玩多了，熟悉了，可以慢慢从偶尔的玩笑和打趣中听到

我是说当纯化一个蛋白的时候发现不在crude extract里在pellet的时候
不能笼统的归结为是因为“inclusion body”
有时候是纯化方法不合适
当然，蛋白一开始就没有正常折叠也会是一个可能
另外我觉得“inclusion body”的定义有待商榷
如果把E. coli里过表达的蛋白局部浓度过高的现象都叫“inclusion body”的话
那很多情况下那些蛋白根本就不是misfold的
“inclusion body通常是蛋白在开始fold的时候就没对，然后疏水区捣腾到一块去”
——这其实是一个从实验现象出发的推测

不过如果过表达蛋白是可溶的，然后也拿去做个电镜，说不定看起来是一样的

个也没去，象Riu那种all inclusive的是可以带小孩的，有的还有day care,这种all
inclusive包伙食的得好好看看他们网上dining的菜单再订，否则几天都呆在resort里
面吃同样难吃的东西就惨透了。上次我订的那个excellence playes majures吃的就很
好，lobster house, french, mediterranean,Asian,还有martini bar, coffee house
,早点有无数样鲜奶蛋糕，custard和水果,还有烤小羊排。白天就躺沙滩上晒太阳，上
点西班牙语课，和ld打打桌球，晚上有魔术表演和歌手来唱歌。觉得每天都醉生梦死的

如果不住all inclusive的呢，那个isla playes majures据说蛮好玩的，还有一个什么

网上很多地方说用inclusion-exclusion principle，但是实际很难做，除非你用了很
多space把所有的集合都保存在一起。
我发觉他的难点在于：
假设K=3对应三个蛾子分别是A,B,C。被lcm(A,B)整除的数，有可能也被C整除，所以，
除非一个个把数列出来，否则似乎很难真正用什么inclusion-exclusion。但是你既然
列出来了，那不是已经就求解出来了吗，原题就只是叫你找出被A或B或C整除的即可，
何必管这个数被几个数整除呢？
我是用lcm解答的，先算出所有蛾子的lcm，然后计算1-lcm中可以被蛾子吃掉的叶子，
假设为M。也就是说，1-lcm中有M个叶子被吃掉，lcm+1到2*lcm中有M个叶子被吃掉，一
直上去就行了。
但是，计算1-lcm倍蛾子吃掉的叶子，本身就比较慢，而且这里也没法用什么inclusion
-exclusion，原因同上。我是很初级方法算的。

day1: Jetblue direct fly from JFK to Cancun, only takes 3.5 hours, arrive at
Omni hotel, rest in hotel
day2: Took a trip to Isla Mujeres (Grafon all inclusive), did snorkeling,
zipline, watched swim with dolphines (we missed this exciting piece)
day3: Took a trip to Chichen Itza, all inclusive only includes lunch buffet
day4: Took bus (Playa Express) to Playa del carmen, check in at Valentin

发帖数: 914 | 46 从Cancun游玩归来，真是千万不舍啊！Cancun是个好地方，太多可以做的事情，可惜时
间有限，以后一定要常来。
不会写游记，就随便写些经验，和大家分享一下。先从衣食住行四个方面开始。
衣：Cancun天蓝海是蓝绿色的，温度也就80多度，但是非常humid。准备夏天的行头，
一定要摸防晒，而且要防水的；女生别忘了带上颜色鲜艳的比基尼。这里就不上照片了。
食和住：这两个放在一起说。看了大家的经验，我们定在7字的一横上。7字拐角处是最
繁华的，而且生活方便，超市餐馆都是步行的距离。不过，我们没有定在哪里：一是因
为我们订的晚了，没有什么太多选择，available的hotel都超出我们的budget；二是因
为我们不需要all inclusive，我们喜欢出去吃local food，而且每天都出门tour，所
以没有必要all inclusive。如果同学们有和我们一样的安排，完全可以不选择all
inclusive；如果你是选择relaxing的方式，比如就在beach 和 swimming pool里歇着
，当然考虑all inclusive比较划算。

发帖数: 5376 | 47 西北部从orbitz订的Riu Palace Peninsula all-inclusive. 6晚全包2大人1小孩 3800
多了。有点贵。
接送机usa transfer：private van for $55 round trip。服务可以。
all-inclusive：Riu peninsula。6个餐馆。
1. 日本歌舞伎：马勒隔壁的。这家千万别去，点了几个没等上完菜我们就跑了，sushi
都tm干了。结果去隔壁buffet发现菜单上能点的，都有。
2. 意大利餐：一般凑合，有buffet台子，正餐自己点。味道一般。
3. fusion的，好像叫krystal。算是吃的最舒服的馆子，有龙虾，不需要额外交钱。
4. 墨西哥餐：觉得还凑合，有buffet台子，比正餐更好吃。鱼做的一般凑合。
5. steak：牛排不错，也有龙虾。不过这地方没空调。
6. buffet：人最多。很一般般，不过好在选择比较多。
不知道是不是因为淡季，不需要提前reserve。
着装要求最苛刻的3号也就是男士不能穿短裤，无能穿无袖。buffet随意，其他馆子不
能穿无袖，短裤拖鞋都可以。

不要买白金的，一是过几年会掉色，掉色后白不白黄不黄非常难看。二是即使是新的白
金，也明显没有铂金亮。
人跟人不一样，你能看出来说明眼睛厉害。在意color的话就买个高于G的呗。
男人就是懒，查一下clarity的定义就知道了。

in all of its stores and employee areas will now be gender neutral (Source).
Put most simply, Target now allows men to use the women’s restrooms and
women to use the men’s restrooms. All one has to do is “self-identify” as
the gender of the sign on the bathroom door to use that particular bathroom.
