发帖数: 79 | 1 我是国内工作几年,过来学MBA的, 26岁, 女, 有过抑郁的历史, 但未服药, 练YOGA加上
环境的改变, 慢慢好起来的.
最近好象又到了一个低谷期, 早上挣扎着起不了床, 很想起, 也确实醒了, 就是无力起
来, 也找不到起床的理由(事实上有很多事情需要做), 自己一个劲的鼓励自己起来, 用
很多方法诱惑自己起来, 就是起不来, 欲哭无泪的感觉.
感觉是抑郁加延迁.
分析一下原因, 感觉是自己能力上适应不了美国. 但主观上又很想适应并生存下来. 不
肯认输, 但心态又快要崩溃的那种, 感觉又要往抑郁那条路上走了, 控制不住.
在国内,自我认同度高, 好象总"觉"得自己各方面都不错, "盲目"乐观自信, (自我认同
来自于通过外界来肯定自己, 也许是祸根之一吧), 常常比上不足比下有余的, 学业事
业爱情友情都很顺利很满意, 尤其是为人处世很得心应手的感觉.
但是来美国后, 突然觉得自己特别的SOCIAL INEPT, 过去在国内形成的SOCIAL SKILL很
不适应这里, 比如EYE CONTACT呀, 我不习惯直接看对方的眼睛, 后来强迫自己直视才
好了一点, 但是心里很别扭 |

发帖数: 79 | 2 再说到交朋友, 我现在觉得SOCIAL INEPT, 心理上的根源还是SELF-ACCEPTANCE, 过去
一直把一些外在的东西看作是自我认同的基础, 比如我认识一个新的朋友,就会提到自
己的一些外在的东西,比如学习工作旅行还有参加的活动啊,往往都能引起朋友的好感和
兴趣,再加上本来也是一个随和细心好心平凡的人,所有很容易交上朋友.一直有贵人相
助的感觉.
可是,来这边后,过去所有的外在的东西,都变的不那么有吸引力,甚至在中国朋友之间,
他们会哦一下,也不会表现更多的兴趣了
所以,就感觉RESHUFFLE,重新洗牌,一切推倒重来了. 或者说,是本来"觉"得手上抓了一
些好牌(其实也未必是真的),心态很轻松,现在来这边后,被告知过去的不算了, 一切都
要重来,心态落差吧.
生活上,自立也是个问题,不想吃自己做的饭.不过,这些都有所提高,也算欣慰了,但仍旧
很厌烦. |

又不是好高骛远，贪心想着找更好的，相处了一段时间后，companionship一般都能建
立起来吧？我每次搬家换宿舍时想到要离开舍友都会难过好几天呢，好几个月都会记挂
他们过得好不好，更加何况是经过仪式天天相处有肌肤之亲的人？
那些基本价值观不合的人即使曾经爱到天昏地暗又能有多少好结果呢？
但这里为什么这么看重吃饭谁给钱，外F（我估计是嫁给外族人的意思？），倒贴与否
，处女，长相等问题呢？为什么这里隐隐有点男女对抗的意味呢？这里可是充斥着希
望走如婚姻的男女啊，本来应该是合作的关系啊。
我不知道是普遍在美华人都是这样计较敏感焦虑（应该不是的，我认识不少40－50岁那
一代非常reasonable，但不清楚我们这一代），还是这个年龄段这个婚姻状况的人是这
样。但这里无论寻找婚姻的初衷是爱，是尊严，是事业的帮手，是被宠的感觉都好，绝
大部分人最后还是回归到传统家庭－－即有小朋友的家庭。这这种家庭中，和对方在一
些烦枝末节的符号上纠缠计较，还号称以小见大，又有什么意思呢？大家有没有观察到
