EB, ECBP and RSU every year. Even some PHDs got 75k base salary in place
like arizona and texas. My base is around 90k now, plus bonus and RSU, the
total compensation is around 130k, not very high compared with Bay area's
salary, but the living cost is much lower.

license要4个月才能批下来。但是我拿到OPT以后90天以内必须找到一份工作，所以
intel问我能不能先找份别的工作比如volunteer之类的先干着，等export license批下
来了再过去上班。我记得我原来好像在网上看到过有人是先工作着，然后再边工作边等
export license的，但是我现在找不到原文了。不知道这样行不行，或者大家有什么好

工作经验。最近有个intel的offer，给的是grade 7. 请问有可能要求加到grade8吗？
有工作经验的应该不再算fresh的PHD了吧。
另外，intel的share好像很少很少的样子。请教各位在intel工作过的达人们，你们以

intel的fresh phd工资是不是有地域差异，我不知道，反正我的专业也去不了intel在
加州的总部。
d1c工作是很demanding，他们都说it's not as bad as it seems，希望是真的啊～同

发帖数: 3417 | 21 钱的角度这三个我觉得似乎Intel是pay的比较好，base不低，到手bonus也比较多，就是股票不太行。Amazon也不错，sign-on bonus高，呵呵。前景的话，Amazon做的新东西多，但是Intel现在也做很多software的东东。
另外Intel现在主要的职位都在Portland, 湾区并不是很多。
Cisco不了解。他们近况似乎不太好，但是长远也不好说。公司的兴衰都是很快的。几年以后的事情谁也说不准。 |

这周一莫名其妙收到一封邮件说我的profile match一个new opening。看了工作介绍后没理会。因为除了学位和专业match外，其他都没听过。
周二很意外的收到background check and on site interview invitation email告诉我周五就面试。 多方验证这不是钓鱼网站发的。 惊诧很久后还是按要求填了表，定了机票，住宿，租车。
今天在准备行李的时候收到电话告知面试取消。说是interview team 时间太紧，没法
周五面我。下周会在联系我。
故事就是这样的。这是Intel内部搞错了吗？ |

给的title是Process Engineer，package应该是intel的标准package，比glassdoor上
多，但也就多一点。
首先是电话面试，在周六的时候，没有任何事先约定，HM直接电话给我问我有没有
30min聊聊。开场白HM先介绍一下自己和自己组的情况，主要工作内容。然后基本完全
focus在我的简历上。因为比较对口，所一技术的问题问的比较多。基本上是逐条问的
。之中夹杂了一两个behievor的问题。最后问了一个他们目前遇到的问题，问我有什么
建议。整个店面持续40多min，最后HM当场给了onsite，互相see you，挂机。
店面小结：完全没有准备，基本上是裸面，这里考验你对自己cv的熟悉程度。我因为CV
是一直从本科沿用过来的一路加加减减，所以CV自己基本上都能背出来。再就是
project，首先最好给对方一个概要，这个project是做什么的，你的角色是什么，怎么
克服困难的。说话要有条理，宁缺毋滥，背景铺垫不要太多，直入正题。技术问题自我

有点意外。
和软件不能比， offer大概如下：
Title: level 7, 从事 5G wireless ASIC 开发
地点： Santa Clara
base： 135k
Bonus: 10k annual
4x quarterly bonus, 加起来大概10k
RSU： 400 share 分4年
想请教版上各位， Intel的level 7 大概相当于什么title， 比如senior还是staff？
另外bonus 容易拿满吗？
Intel那边希望快做决定，可我刚开始找，有点犹豫。 之前投了Apple， 有recruiter
要了简历后就没有消息了。 不知版上有没有Apple的朋友组里有ASIC/SOC opening的

本不是所谓的老人收入低，而且intel收入一向很高
而且这次Intel裁员大部分人是给了很好的package劝退的，package大小根据年份来，
干过一年给一个月，最多给18个月工资。所以很多十几年的人都主动走了。 |

笔记本占有率逐渐超过台式机的时期，这已经不是价格问题了，而是amd拿不出相当性能
的东西来了，或者好不容易拿出来性能相当的，发热控制又不好。intel的东西发热小，
不改变核心架构，随便一提高频率性能又上去了，amd又没辙了，只好继续落后。
intel相同价格下也干不过amd吧。有钱人只买贵的。 |
