A suspect was shot during a home invasion Wednesday night and a second was
held by residents until police arrived in the 3900 block of Long Point Blvd.
One of several residents inside the home pulled out a gun and fired after

个月的时候可以测，抽血测，需要抽挺多血，可测试小孩正常不正常，准确率90%左右
。说是这个通过了，就不用测唐氏。
我以前第一胎的时候，也是当时新技术，就是测量胎儿脖子厚度，结构厚度测量超出正
常挺多，又做了羊膜穿刺，结果一切正常。后来帮我测量的医生也说不喜欢这个新技术
，亚洲孩子范围有些是超出的。
现在问题是：有没有妈妈了解non invasive prenatal paternity test，有没有必要？
我上网查了一下，好像是测DNA之类的。如果知道，麻烦告知，谢谢！ |

后来搬着一起住，不知道怎么样有闹翻了，炒家打起来。后来男的打不过报了警，结果
女的被关起来了。那男的很后悔，毁了她。后来女的出来后，他去找他，不知道是不是

如果看migration就直接把细胞分进去，
要是看invasion就先用matrigel coat一下，然后再把细胞分进去。
然后根据细胞migration/invasion的能力，过一段时间后，把里面那个well上层的细胞
擦掉，fix一下，用Dapi染染底部穿过去的细胞数目。时间要提前摸一下，太久了细胞
可能就掉下去了，太短了穿不过去。。。

美国政府也大都对这些研究计划给予充分支持。原因很有可能是
研究一下怎么能够杜绝未来美国本土被外来人种（比如黄种人和印度人）
入侵，以及帮助白种人更好的入侵别的国家。
总之美国任何一项研究计划都有它的政治和军事用途，否则很难得到

interesting, when the term of ablation mentioned, either radiofrequency
abalation, to me, it means to apply a probe that emmits heat to burn the
tissue, or cryoabaltion, the probe that emeits cold or whatever to freeze
the tissue; either case you have to place the probe directly into the tumor,
which has to be invasive, though less so comparing a lobectomy,
even in chemo-embolization, like they do for liver mets, you still have to
insert the catheter through the tumor site to deliver chemo agen |

concern。另外羊穿要等到宝宝16周，那个时候要是结果不好，宝宝都快4个月大了，就
更难做决定了。这三个是主要的genetic abnormal，至少作了maternit21在这三个方面
可以安心了。
折腾是一点都不折腾，我当时跟genetic conselor见面的时候说了我要作maternity21
，她直接就抽了血，寄出去了，连另外的预约都不用。然后1周半电话来了结果正常，
就放心了。 |
