虽然是第二大宗教，Catholic也是被歧视对象。表面上是宗教问题，但是更深层的是种

类仅限于Spaghetti和Macaroni。上大学的时候，系里长期流传着这么一种说法：对于
我们所学的知识，大一的时候“不知道自己不知道”，大二“知道自己不知道”，大三
“不知道自己知道”，直至大四“知道自己知道”。其实，这个转变的过程对于任何一
个领域大概都是适用的吧。了解和学习的过程也是让人谦卑的过程，然后才会有所长进
和不断成熟，对人、对事（包括食物！）大抵都是如此，一直在“大四”之前的状态游
荡的自己，继续努力学习:)
手头有一本《Four Seasons Pasta》，每个季节都有时令性的食谱十几个。这本在图书

基本上，在美国找到正宗Italian food的概率比找到正宗中餐馆的概率小了两个
数量级。或者从某种意义上说，不可能。因为意大利人讲求的更多是食物的原味，
产地和新鲜程度是首要元素。
