coast to east coast. We extended my mother-in-law's visa so she could come
with us and travel around the east coast area and we have lots of pics to suport this point. I used the letter template in the "Jinghuaqu" and just add the visa issue explaination and simple travel plans. Hope it helps. |

2. 3 years in aggregrate, instead of 3 calendar years.
3. some states don't honor China-US tax treaty.
4. H1 may need to file 1040 instead of 1040NR from year 1

it.
