So I am reading all these comments laughing and calling out "conspiracy

第二个例子前，面试官问了我MLE的原理是啥，我说是将参数看作variable，根据观测
数据，得到likelihood function，通过最大化likelihood function计算参数估计。我
觉得自己回答的应该没错...然后面试官接着问：具体是怎么操作的，然后才有了帖子
里的第二个栗子...
且我google了，表示到现在还不是很清楚到底那一列等式叫啥名，唯一的线索是面试官

wikipedia里面写constitution和Supreme court一般不管hate speech， Only speech
that poses an imminent danger of unlawful action, where the speaker has the
intention to incite such action and there is the likelihood that this will
be the consequence of his or her speech, may be restricted and punished by
that law.
其实要说一个小孩坚持杀光中国人是imminent danger，the likelihood that this
will be the consequence of his or her speech 还是有些牵强。
