但这个速度训练中我没有跑超过6麦,自己心里没有谱.那天冲刺时看到 clock 3：27：
**，GPS上3：26：**，稍微有些遗憾，回到旅馆看到朋友们报道说:3:25:58,一下坐在
地上哭了。。。
这么激动成绩可能是一方面, 在比去年重了不止6磅的情况下PR了块6分钟，但更多的是
因为今年前面9个月没有好好跑步，是从一个并不很好的状态开始训练这个比赛的，而
且好像这次才感觉到马拉松应该怎么跑了。我好像真的把这跑成了long run+MP了。前
10麦就像每次group run一样，慢慢悠悠，直到大概10麦的时候才意识到：得快点了，
就差一个MP 了，然后就注意呼吸，注意控制速度，完成了今年的最好MP :)
今年从9月15号之后才开始比较认真的跑步, 9月跑了213.4 mi (平均9:57 / mi),10月
跑了289.4 mi (8:56 / mi), 11月跑了213.2 mi(8:33 / mi). 最好的一次是7:55的

了。
我开门见山说了，我就来听听噪音，礼拜六一大早，车少人少天气凉爽，空调没开，车
窗全关好，开了两圈，local，highway，同样的路，我又用XC60开了一遍，last
verdict：
Engine is definitely louder when it hits 4000 rpm than current T6
注意是louder不是noisier，这个是有区别的，毕竟是个4缸，我在dynamic mode下加速
，这个明显声音要比T6要大些，但是更responsive，脚一直在油门上，同样的力道，把
模式调成ecco，comfort再到dynamic这个有质的区别，在dynamic模式下，发动机很快
上4000转，这个只出现在使劲轰油门的时候，但是在巡航的情况下，通常都2000转吧，
这个时候和老T6就听不出来区别，一般的路噪和风噪是非常小的。
dynamic模式下，加上8速变速器，performance明显感觉比现款T6+6速要好很多,这个

发帖数: 19 | 22 小女孩4岁多了，首先是说话的语气怪，说中文的时候还行，用英文的时候声音特别大
，听起来不是shouting就是whining。我们父母说话从来也不用这种语气，仔细想想是
不是她的英文说话方式都是跟动画片里学的（因为我们在家不说英文），比如Dora，整
天就是louder，louder的。
还有就是特别怕寂寞，出去玩什么小朋友都要搭，小baby大小孩都要找别人玩，感觉大
部分小孩都是自己玩的挺好的，她要是找不到人就特别落寞。
以前在一个学校，有两个小孩（比她大将近一岁）对她不友好，总是不带她玩，还说她
stupid，我们想这里面有很大程度上是她说话的语气不好，同时她也有bossy的感觉，
总是让人家听她说话。在老学校听到她抱怨的时候离我们搬家只有几个月了，所以也没
有太关注。到了新学校（新开几个月的学校，所有的小朋友都是新来的）以后，第一个
月很喜欢学校，说每个人都是她好朋友，周末也要去上学，我们很高兴，但是最近几天
又开始说某某人（也是比她大）不带她玩。我们左思右想，也只能找出她说话语气不好
的原因。新学校以前没有小集团，大家彼此都还不错，现在小集团形成了，有人不带她

都听不到，稀稀拉拉的，别的球队主场集体高喊Defense之类的诸位口号都是震天响，
火箭球迷就是蚊子叫，一群散兵游勇，那只火箭熊10次里出来逗观众有9次都是要球迷
louder，大屏幕也是各种火箭球员作出手势："I can't hear, louder！"
你妹的三年没进季后赛了，还摊上这群闷骚的球迷，球管还塞不满，我要是斯特恩，也
不会给你主场哨，这种球馆就是NBA里的落后分子。
枉我特地飞过来看他们，要是赢了也就算了，结果还被搞成0：3了，不爽。
ps: 补充一点，季后赛现场照理每个座位上都应该给球迷一件tshirt统一着装助威，结
果火箭主场之给下层的球迷发了，坐在上面section的球迷都没有，真是太cheap了，这
点钱都省。结果球迷也不是省油的灯，比赛结束后，座位边上各种汉堡爆米花可乐杯到
处乱丢，乱得一笔，突然觉得自己是素质挺高的火密。 |

everything hear like without the protection cover, even louder. So if you
turn on the switch and fire a shot, you actually hear louder gun shot noise.

信，披露另一个“六四”逃亡者远志明当初强暴她的恶行。我认真地读了柴玲女士的四
封公开信，对她的遭遇及为此挣扎的心历路程深感同情和理解。我理解，柴玲用公开信
的方式披露自己过去这段屈辱遭遇实属万不得已而为之。我也读到万润南先生的证词，
为之感动，男人就应该是这样，为受害人不平则鸣。
作为女人，我相信每个女人都有自己一段心历路程，或苦或甜的生活经历塑造了女人的
心理状态。作为女人，我相信每个女人都天性感情丰富并对异性和婚姻充满幻想，糟糕
丈夫和痛苦婚姻（婚姻是女性最重要的人生部分）可以彻底毁掉一个精致女人，更不要
说强奸。我为柴玲庆幸，她有一个能理解她的美国丈夫。
根据社会心理学，女人天生就具备付出精神，还具备比男人更好的语言交流能力。另外
，女人天生比男人更具吸引力。最近，我问过芝加哥大学资深心理学教授一个问题：为
什么我很少见到有吸引力的男人，而有吸引力的女人却随处可见，比比皆是？他回答到

The Purpose:
To help anyone on the fence between buying a MacBook Pro or MacBook Air.

I had a tough time deciding which to buy in the first place. I was put into

e.g the higher the flow thru the valve, the higher volume the murmurs will
be.
The rule above applies to every clinical scenario except HCM and MVP.
In HCM, less flow, less preload to LV, more obstruction, louder murmur.
In MVP, less flow, less preload to LV, less tenser the chordae tendineae,
more space for prolapse, louder murmur

the results from 9 patients are quite promising in 36 months. the functions
