为了更好的对比, 这次我试着用MA与上次团购的708R耳放对比, 分别驱动HD650和K701,
来进行比较. 连接方式是MA和708R分别连接DAC.
HD650:
MA下的HD650,我是很不满意的, 首先HD650最拿手的中低频出不来, 中频干瘪, 低频没
有下潜缺乏力度和弹性, 听曲目的时候, HD650该有的气势和温暖都出不来, 声音的分
离度也差. 而708R驱动下的HD650, 高中低频要啥有啥, 底气十足, 各声部很自然的捏
合成了一个整体, 气势磅礴有非常漂亮的开阔感.
结论:驱动HD650, 708R完爆MA
K701:
MA下的K701非常漂亮, K701驱动不足情况下的缺陷得到了非常好的改善, 声场拉开了,
高频收的很好, 中频饱满丰润有感情, 空气感也出来了, 低频也有了下潜和力度, 有一
定的弹性. K701最拿手的弦乐和女声在MA驱动下得到了非常好的诠释, 这种清亮柔美,

从MA搬走之后，如果需要在别的州注册，一般需要先有所在州的保险，
然后注册，换title。但问了现在的保险公司，把保险switch到现在的
州，要先cancel MA的保险，然后买现在州的保险。
根据以前在MA换车险的经验，保险公司取消车保险是会通知RMV
的。这样问题就来了：在新的州注册之前，会有一段时间只有新的州
的保险。不知道RMV会不会因为你没有MA的保险而取消MA的registration?
这个grace period有多长？
另外在新的地方注册之后，如果我无所谓excise tax refund,是否
还必须寄回MA的plate?

MA湖水一般都比较浅，钓鱼的人又多，钓鱼历史长。因为MA人口众多，地方不大，移民
历史早的缘故吧，。这儿的鱼都成精了，钓鱼很难。板上的假耳（PowerBAIT,lure。。
。） 经验到了MA这里一概不行。我认识的从Texas,Florida过了的朋友，都是假耳钓鱼
高手，还有二十几年经验的老美，但是到了MA用假耳两三个小时都是颗粒无收。这儿的
鱼，精得很，只认活儿。
1. 大家得买SHINER,否则掉不上大鱼。记住，鱼饵一定要活。
2. 天气不能太冷，也不能太热，不能有大风，不能下雨，不能有阳光直射。Sigh,MA这
样的好的钓鱼天气很少。
3. 一般下午太阳落山后钓最好，早钓7，8点就可以了，起的太早也没有用。
4.即使这样，也得做好钓不上来的准备。

，护照，I94，proof of residence。但最后说I20上只写了外州的学校，要换驾照的话
就需要的I20上写MA的公司。人家还怕我去其他地方办，特地把我的case hold了，说只
能在他们那儿办。郁闷之余，想问问大家有没有碰到过我这种情况啊？有什么办法吗？

青蛙发现前几天MA 加入S&P500后出现超级放量，但是价格不升反跌，于是青蛙问了自己
一个问题，当MA成了一个指数股以后，外面可操作的股票数少了，就应该符合市场的
每年5%~7%的 premium的回报率了吧？ 青蛙看看WFR,看了看NYX, 于是青蛙宁可相信，

2(MA 和外州). 需要填两分州税吗?
没在外州住过, 需要填外州的nonresident税表吗? 如果需要, 其他如bank interest收
入怎么填, 如果两个都填, 等于重复交税了.

发帖数: 2853 | 36 最近收到MA的DOR通知，2006的州税被audit了，说我的state tax withheld算多了。
情况是这样的，我2005夏天在NY做intern，因为公司有match就放了一些钱在401k里边。
我不是很确定NY的401k在存的时候免州税没有，fed肯定是免了，FICA肯定是交了，但是
州税部分不确定。2006的时候我把那笔401k都取了出来，vanguard给了我一张1099表，
上边把这些收入算state income，withhold了MA的税(2006我全年都在MA)。报2006税的
时候我用的turbotax，如实填写了所有信息。然后turbotax把这部分算成tax-exempt q
ualified pension plan，taxable pension一栏写了0，然后把这部分withhold加进了总
的withhold。
我打电话跟DOR appeal，说他们没算1099上的这部分withhold，然后他们说因为我没有
把1099上的收入算进去，所以相应的withhold也不能算。我知道MA的401k州税是deferr
ed，就是取的时候收州税，但是在另外 |

My comment:
(1) It appears that the epic battle between Ma and Chen is shaping up. On
the surface, it is two battalions of people fighting one another. However,
Pres. Ma and KMT have nation's resources in their firm grip.
(2) Ma is unbecoming of an president. Have you EVER seen an American
president coming out to influence a legal proceding? Not to mention BEFORE a
legal proceding. And the series of comments Ma has made about Chen makes me
question |

发帖数: 2609 | 42 从去年中期到现在，F1 OPT在MA。去年上半年本来在CA做TA，但CA州税不承认$5000，所以没法申报，报MA州税时，注意到2011 Schedule Y上允许申报tax treaty，我想确认一下我可以申报是吧，需要另附什么额外说明表格吗？比如提到什么Article 20(c)。
另外，多问一下：我F1已经第六年，所以resident alien for federal tax purpose，那么对于MA state tax，我去年夏天来这里，是应该nonresident alien还是part-year resident alien for MA state tax purpose?
