邱鸿明(George Chiu)爱笑，人群中的他充满活力，一直带着孩童般的笑容，这种亲和力很容易引起旁人的注意。作为加拿大知名餐饮集团文华餐厅(Mandarin)的创始人之一，邱鸿明戏称自己是公司“CEO”------Chief Entertainment Officer。这个爱穿颜色鲜艳的上衣，看上去只有40岁的男人，当他毫不避讳的将真实年龄透露出来时，让人难以置信。
邱鸿明1953年出生于台湾，是家中最小的，也是最调皮的一个孩子。但是因为聪明可爱，犯了错误时总能躲过爸爸妈妈的惩罚。1973年，邱鸿明的爸爸到加拿大蒙特利尔某大学教书，妈妈带着大哥邱映明先来到加拿大，邱鸿明和两个姐姐留在台湾同姑妈一起生活，几年后一家团聚。

俺感兴趣的是黑龙江和吉林。
辽宁自古就有汉人活动，辽宁话就可以理解了。
黑龙江和吉林应该说辛亥革命后才有大量汉人涌入，以前应该汉人的没有吧？都是女真
人。后来慢慢形成了自己的方言，不幸被TG选择为普通话，其实普通话是Mandarin，也
就是傅义满州国的话。为什么在满州，汉人聚居的地方可以形成一套独特的方言呢？
有些人可能觉得很自然，但是想想看，乌鲁木齐汉人没有自己的方言吧，湾区的汉人也
没有自己的方言吧，为什么创关东的汉人放弃了自己原有的语言形成了Mandarin呢 |

that's a total of 360 minutes. Increasing 80 minutes or so /day is not
a big deal in my mind. My understanding is that they want the school
is in a mandarin environment all the time. The students would still
have plenty of time after school and during weekends/holidays to speak
whatever they want.
Just like in a company, if they require the employees to speak mandarin
all day long, what's the big deal? |

are in china you should speak mandarin. you can speak non mandarin when you
are not. it's a bit extreme but basically the same idea as yours. does this

普通话并不是古代正宗的汉语，而是变味的汉语。
这是因为普通话是满清官话，是清朝的时候满人统治者的专用语言。英语称为mandarin
。
其中man就是满族的意思。普通话是满人学习北京汉人讲明朝官话时产生的，其发音跟
明朝官话已经有较大的不同，因为满人学讲明朝官话的时候，由于受满语的影响，带有
了浓厚的满语腔调，发音不伦不类，在当时的北京人听起来很蹩脚，当时的明朝官话是
江苏话，是吴语。
当时的外国传教士进入北京时，曾把北京人讲的明朝官话的拼音记录下来，发现只有z
c s ,没有zh ch sh ，是典型的吴语特征。
语言专家的考证证明明朝官话是吴语。另外，即便从常理考虑，朱元璋定都南京，他讲
的就是吴语，他儿子当然也讲吴语，迁都北京后，明朝官话还是吴语，当时的北京人也
讲吴语。普通话脱胎于明朝官话吴语，但是经过满人的口后和吴语就不大一样了，变音
变调了。
由于满人是统治者，通过政权的权力，本来只是满人专用的满清官话就在全国推广传播
，后来就被称为国语或者是普通话。所以普通话是经过满人改造后的汉语。是满人创造
发明的。
