又慢又贵。在网上可以查到很多其他agency，没有具体的资格说明（其实NACES
members也没有其他资格说明），但是他们可以直接email材料，价格还便宜无需加急三
四天就可以办完，这个确实让我觉得差距很大。
请问办H1B学历认证用这种非NACESmember可以不？是不是随便什么agency，完全没有限
制，全都可以？
