没有必要也不太可能用两个merchant service provider
Paypal这里有两层含义
第一个是接收别人Paypal的钱，这个情况下，别人是登录到自己Paypal账户中
给你付钱，你只能看到对方Paypal的email账户，并不知道对方用啥来付的
第二个就是Paypal作为merchant service provider，提供信用卡刷卡处理功能
你需要用SSN申请Paypal Payment Pro来开通这个功能，Paypal会有一次credit check
这个和申请其他merchant service provider都是一样的，当然其他很多
merchant service Provider会提供刷卡机等等，（Paypal则有一个virtual terminal）
还有很多花哨的促销措施，卡的费率有很多tier，总体来说国内卡从1.5-4%不等
看似很好。但是实际上，每个月的bill很乱，而且这些service provider就是靠
着混乱的bill来坑你的钱。

和电花费的账单类似，就是故意搞的很乱，掩盖收费
反正只要每个月交易额，和总的付给merchant公司的费用比例不太离谱应该就可以了 |
