，和胰岛素抗性是否有联系，心电图结果如何等。然后才能确定跑步是否有效。假如没
有什么特殊的原因，就是大多数人那样，活动少，饮食没有注意（比如米面特别多），
血脂也高一些，心脏机能弱，那么跑步应该会有一些效果。
