The appartment is available now for a sublease in October.
I'm a 23 year-old 1L female law school student, super nice, usually leave HD early in mornings and won't come back till mignight.....
The rent expense including all is normally about $280 per month ($271 for
the appartment, including water and warm system, and about $9 for
electricity.)
The appartment is well equipped and the cambus is also pretty convenient.
