发帖数: 537 | 1 前一阵子我家的rose长了好多的mildew，我上网找了这个方子，发现还蛮好用，LD戏称
这是要你命三千，现在分享给大家。
前提：把长了mildew的叶子和花毫不留情的减掉，放袋子里扎紧了扔掉。
要你命三千：
■1 tbsp vegetable oil
■1 gallon unchlorinated water
■1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
■1 tsp Listerine (yes, the famous mouthwash, not mint flavour, just regular)
■1 tbsp liquid soap
■1 ½ tbsp baking soda
■Pump sprayer (large)
后续：我在网上做了些research，一致的说法是rose要早上浇水，浇在叶子上能把
mildew的孢子冲掉，水也要浇够，缺水也是mildew的主要诱因之一。
这个方子不知道以前贴过没有？现在我正在研究这个方子适不适合绣球。有了结果再和
大家分享。 |

mildew。这个说法倒是比较符合我家的情况，我家rose长mildew最疯狂的时候，就是因
为连续阴天我又不怎么浇水。后来每天早上猛浇水，又喷了几次要你命三千就好了。 |

paint的原因还是其它原因，用的oil based 的。
到小区还没卖掉的新房转了转，已经一年了，还象新的一样。

nights and warm or hot days. The symptom is a white powdery residue on
leaves. The leaves then become crinkle and distorted.

是年初建好的。
这是他家的agreement 上写的：

去homedepot问rep，说有各种mildew的remove spray，但是一般都只能清洁表面，而且
是瓷砖等材料上，后来又帮我找到一个可以penetrate remove mildew的spray, Tilex
的:

但看说明书好像说，Do not use on wood or painted surfaces.除非喷了后之后重新
finish，paint什么的。
还有听朋友说，可以用这种spray喷木头上，然后擦掉霉菌，最后上新漆，就行了。
想请问下，大家都是怎么处理木头上的霉菌的呢？那些去除霉菌的spray真不能用么？

我condo的concrete patio，因为雨水啥的问题，看着脏脏的，也长有mildew(?)。从搬
进去的第一天开始，就像好好清理，然后涂层啥，以后就不会长mildew。。。但是因为
忙别的，后来又进入雨季，所以最后一直拖到上个月才真的做。。。
第一步，清洗
一个是用power washer。。。本来我以为用power wash，呼呼地十来分钟几十分钟，
我那小小的patio，就该行了。但是事与愿违，其实还是比较费事的。因为nozzle其实
size不大（1-2cm），我那个patio估计是常年没有洗过了，所以只能是靠得很近,才能
去掉很多东西。而来回扫总有不overlap的area。总之比想象的要麻烦很多，要有心理
准备。有一些tough spots，要集中在上面几秒钟，才有点用
因为这些tough spots, 我试了另一个办法。就是用HD的Behr专门用来清洗mildew的
cleanser。事实上没有啥特殊效果。如果没有power washer，可以用那个，但是power

1) Get someone to help you to open up the drywall on your side completely
until you don't notice anymore moisture damage. Spray some mildew killer (
lysol with bleach to kill existing mold 1st) and let it air out or use a fan
(don't stay in the room). Don't worry about the damage since drywall's
cheap as hell to replace, taping, plaster, texture and repaint's not a big
deal either.

看了很多mold帖子 有点担心 问inspector他说： I saw mildew like substance
under the window in bedroom 3. The only way to determine if is is mold is to
have it tested in a laboratory. The surface wasn't very big, so I would
recommend either cleaning the area or replacing the wood/drywall in that
cabinet (under the window). The house appeared to have been recently painted
, so any signs would mildew/mold would be covered up and impossible to tell

5月份第一轮开的时候。
7月份第二轮开的时候。
第一轮开败之后，rose的新芽长了powdery mildew. 这张照片里能看到有的叶子上有白
毛。去home depot买了anti-fungal的药，目前喷完药之后能控制住。但是每隔7-10天
就要喷一次。
刚搬回家的那天，只有几个小花苞。
再放几张。
另外一盆，party hardy, 去年搬回家的。这盆花今年得了black spot，虽然喷了药，
叶子还是迅速发黄衰落掉了，只有新长出来的叶子幸免于难。这盆花没有去年刚买回来
开的旺。
上张去年的party hardy对比一下。
发现玫瑰能得的病全被我碰上了，powdery mildew, black spot, 蚜虫。每周都在喷药
，不是虫药，就是fungal药。
最后附送一个, spiderwort. 不用管它，每年都开的不错。 |

异味。板上考古以后得知可能是air filter上有mold和mildew。
请问空调出风有异味这个问题能用warranty来cover吗？估计让dealer检查一下是可以

the blower motor on and off to dry out the evaporator and case so there is
no moisture to accelerate the growth of mold and mildew. It is part number

steering or brake fluid change 3 years ago but cannot remember which one I
did. (that is per dealer recommendation and they charges over $200 for each

Never place oil paintings in the kitchen or bathroom. The changing levels of
humidity will cause damage including mold and/or mildew. Do not allow
people to smoke in rooms where valuable paintings are kept.

if you go to walgreens, they are close to 409
it works great, at least in my case. i was thinking i cannot get rid of the
mold surrounding the bath tub, but after 1 to 2 days i applied it, they were
