我得承认写这个有一部分BSO的成分，但确实也为了衷心谢谢版上各位朋友提供的信息。
Break down:
Continental: 29X,XXX miles
AA: 25X,XXX miles
Delta: 51,XXX miles
BA: 0 (没拿到Chase BA，残念）
Chase Ultimate: 10X,XXX (但拿到了Saphire Preferred)
我是从去年9月开始学着搞丢的
比不了别的同学，可以和LD一起搞
也比不了神医，可以大笔消费
我只能苦逼地单枪匹马自己搞
天知道何时才能搞到1 million mile
不过也够用了，所以接下来除非有很好的丢，否则得歇一下了
目前还没有给过年费，除了Citi AA的visa卡，但Citi早就offer了抵消年费的statement credit，并且每个月消费750得1500的bonus，所以目前唯一的支出是Amex转CO的99手续费
本来前一段时间有几天连这个手续费也能省的，不过那几天还在等mile，就错过了。

miles和100% bonus on transfer miles，最少需要$1,389
具体可以这样做：“You could purchase 23,000 US Airways Dividend Miles for ~$

打算2者互换一下，More换成Miles拿bonus，而Miles换More就算白换了。主要是More平
时的5%比Miles强太多了，Miles除了TV，Internet的Double Miles，几乎没有什么吸引

每人账户约15000 MILES。不能到你一个人的miles plus账户。
你用UA联名卡买AA的机票，拿不到额外的信用卡积分，只有1美元1分（1 MILE），也就
是你的UA账户会多了2500 MILES，只有买UA的机票才有双倍积分，也就是5000 MILES。

weekdays训练整个人都觉得很累，跑个6,7 miles就已经汗流浃背，所以很担心这20
miles能不能跑得下来。周五晚特别提早睡觉，今早给闹钟吵醒还是觉得累，多趟了半
个小时才起来。好了整装待发，还特别戴上豆豆的牛帽。嗯,跑版的可能不知豆豆是谁
，就是我的网球偶像猛男nadal.这顶牛帽是几个月前生日时买的，一直都舍不得戴，今
天这个20 miles看来要靠豆豆的神助了~~ 出门的时候总觉得少带了什么，但怎么也想
不起来，就不管了。。。
七点的天气还好，十分阴凉，跑时就一直提醒自己要放松脚步，感觉还不错。跑完后虽
然累但觉得比上周末的18 miles要舒服，自己都觉得奇怪，算是洗具了。。。上车后却
马上发现杯具了，系seat belt时低头一看，发现右胸前一滩血迹，唉，原来是右边的
nipple给磨出血了 （见图），才突然想起出门时向少带的东西就是没有贴上band aid
。跑的时候自己都没发觉，路上的人看到了肯定觉得很奇怪了~~
有一个问题一直困扰着我，就是这里的大牛们easy/long |

爽了，第一次跑了20迈，这个跑步机被我跑死了 :D
一共暂停两次因为跑步机最多只能跑99分钟，每9迈restart一次
哈哈

Started with 8:40 pace for 2 miles, then around 8:20 until mile 15. Then 8:
00 for the next 3 miles. Finished the last 2 miles with 7:30 and 7:00 pace,
respectively.
I added tempo run and hill repeats during last few weeks. It makes training
quite a bit tougher. In retrospect, I should not have done that. I don't
think it's a good idea to have speed sessions in midst of base building
phase. |

is a seasoned marathoner and ran 2:39 when he was 31 yrs old. He's tried
different things, including doing long runs as long as 30 miles. Then he was
coached by the Hansons to run only 16 miles in the long runs -- but the
training is such that, those 16 miles are supposed to be the LAST 16 miles

hiking with 2999*2 ft elevation. The road is rough with rocks, and I
finished in about 10 hours. The last one could be a 16-mile I did in TX for

另外，这边写的兑换规则，第二条和第三条怎么都看不出区别来呢？是不是第二条的意
思是，$100-250的机票，要么用$100off,要么用25k miles来付全部的钱？ Delta脑子

1，AA miles在美国国内基本上是完全不如BA miles，因为aa有的路线，
ba上也能查到。同样是12.5k/one way，但是ba信用卡刷$1，拿1.25 miles。
唯一的列外是aa淡季有8750/one way。
2，买一送一你用过么？第一，ppe卡现在没了，不知道新的thankyou premier
有没有这个优惠。第二，买票必须通过指定的travel agent，而且通常都是
价格比较高的fare class。除非你本来就准备买高仓位的票(for whatever
weird reason)，否则都不够折腾的~
3，aa miles去欧洲怎么样不了解，不过我个人觉得ba的miles加上free companion
voucher，以及用US miles(经常买一送一)换*A都不错的。 |

情况：
第一次转mile。CO的账号新注册的，没有mile数。先把UA账号上的10K转到CO，到按
continue的时候，系统显示出错，按返回，回到转mile的页面，发现UA上的mile数没有
少，但是CO的多了10K。窃喜。于是继续这样操作，发现就不行了，直接到transfer
complete那一步了。。。。。
不知道这10K会不会收回去。已经过1天了，没有邮件说要收回这些mile。而且CO账号上
的也显示了两次transfer的记录。 |

Toyota Corola, 小轿车, 开 80miles 以上, 车就开始摇晃了, 开100miles 纯粹是不
想活了, 我从来没有试过开车85miles 以上, 但是罚单 上是100 mile over 65 miles

除非你平均一年就只开1万mile.但大部分人一年都超于1万mile.据统计平均一年1万六

天刚看了一下已经到了3万4千mile。几个月前快到3万mile去dealership换机油的时候
他们就建议我做3万mile保养，我没做，一方面是因为当天确实没时间，另一方面觉得
这个450块钱的报价太离谱了打算回去咨询一下别人。
dealer说需要做以下项目：
更换coolant
更换transmission fluid
换机油 & filter
tire rotation
换空调滤芯
检查刹车
。。。。
还有几项不记得了
查了一下保养记录发现前任车主在1万5千mile的时候换过空调滤芯、机油、查了刹车和
tire rotation，别的貌似都没有做过。我对保养完全无能，而且估计我就是你们常说
的那种只会开不会保养连玻璃水都没加过的女生。。。所以想咨询一下其他开civic的
童鞋，这些全部要做

卖掉，之前都考虑过要不要海运回国，但找了几家有进出口权的公司，人家都不接受小
MINI,应该是感觉运一趟利润不大吧。所以不得不忍痛割爱把爱车卖掉。所以非常希望

500k miles/800k km以上,现在新的柴油机寿命都在1M miles以上.
汽油机门槛低,造成很多手工作坊、山寨厂纷纷生产，Toyota就是一个例子。好的汽油
机设计也是500k miles/800k km以上的，比如奔驰的每款引擎都是照着这个标准设计的
，但是Toyota的很多引擎比如1ZZ，2AZ都是目标瞄准200k miles设计的，基本上跑到
200k miles以后就必须rebuild了。 |

1000miles什么问题都没有，开了2-3w了没啥毛病，你不觉得这太搞笑了么，就是奥拓和
面的几万miles也应该没啥问题，现在是只要正牌车的合格产品supposed至少6w mile以下
应该是不会有什么机械问题（很多零件其实都是一样的供应商供货的，车厂也就组装一
下），要不然车厂也不敢给你保什么6w miles了一般。
不管是黑还是舔一个车的reliability，请你从3w miles开到8w mile以上再来谈，否则
真的太搞笑了。 |

leaf 最佳速度是 35-40。 旧款（官方 说可以跑 84 miles) 的可以跑 120。
2016年的型号 可以跑 150 （如果在 35-40 的速度）。
如果速度在 85-90， Leaf 只能跑 60-70 miles.
在弯曲因为堵车，即使上 carpool lane, 最多要只有 30-50 miles 的速度。
我平均一天上下班 50 miles, 电池用 50% 左右。 当然一天一冲挺好的。所以
我的开车 pattern 是 可以跑 100 M.我是 2013 年买的。
这个车当然是适合家庭有多辆车的，如跑远路，那就用汽油车。
如果是单身，只买一辆车，那就不要考虑电动车，除非一个人买两辆车。
我一个单身朋友就这样。 因为上下班要过桥， 公司又有 免费充电，就又买了辆
Leaf. 过桥费减半，电费也不用付。 每月省下的的油钱和过桥费，正好 lease
一辆 Leaf. 多好，应该说是太聪明了。
所以这个扯不上脑残，不脑残的问题。 这是各有所需吧。

NWA的账户里操作呢就能给别人买票，还是必须把自己的miles作为gift miles转到别人
账户里，由他本人来买？主要是问题是如果转miles, 是要额外支付手续费的, 我想避
