结果效果还不错，老爸没有用完预期的量就成功戒掉了。。。
剩下4盒，都是全新没动过的，上周末想去退掉，结果被告知nicotine patch是特殊商
品，
他们不接受退货，还说这事by law不让退。。。
我觉得这种说法挺蹊跷的，但是人家不让退，我也只能灰溜溜的回来了:(
不过留着这4盒烟贴我实在是没用啊，想想就愁得慌，而且老爸也早已经回国了。。。
大家有过类似的经历吗？nicotine patch真的不能退吗？ |

发帖数: 884 | 15 最近做了个实验, 关于乙酰胆碱接受酶(acetylcholine receptor, AChR)抑制剂（
antagonists)的药物筛选。
我用的cell-based assay, 利用钙离子流量来监控AChR, 就是add agonist (nicotine)
to trigger Ca2+ release of the cells. If treat cells with nAChR antagonist
first, then the nicotine can not trigger Ca2+ release.
AChR主要分为两种，一种以 nicotine 作为 agonist, 叫做 nAChR；另一种以
muscarine 作为 agonist,叫做 mAChR.
我用这个cell assay试了几种药, 发现 mAChR antagonists 也可以抑制 nicotine 的
作用。我的问题就是，一般的 mAChR antagonists 可不可以当作 nAChR antagonists
来用？它们的作用是不是互通的？

0.5-1.0 mg/kg for adult human.
You absorb about 1mg of nicotine per cigarette. Assuming a person's body
mass is 75kg, he would have to smoke 75 cigarette in very short period of
time to reach 1mg/kg, 32 if you use the 0.5mg/kg limit. So unless someone
was performing a stunt by stuffing 2-3 packs of cigarettes into his mouth
and smoke it at the same time, smoking is NOT going to cause a lethal
overdose of nicotine.

我查了一下，你这个叫"no lapse guaranteed" Universal Life with return of
premium,其实就是一种term life until age 105 or 121。这个可不便宜。我quote的

nicotine老大的有理有据的跟鬼子辩驳不是南开学生的个例。相信有许许多多的南开学

这次，我们Ann Arbor 密歇根大学的集会也是南开学子发起的，他的ID在南开BBS应该
是大名鼎鼎的（据说），他就是hargen同学，也是我的老乡，这里应该有不少是他的同

大上个礼拜天，突然发现有人在我组的seminar room里贴了一个雪山狮子旗，我当时就
很愤怒，这不是明显的挑衅吗？但是又不知道是谁干的，于是我就给全组的人发了一封
非常不友好的邮件，大老板很快给我回信，让我给他解释事情的前因后果，我就给他解
释了一番，星期一老板给所有人发信说，大家可以讨论政治问题，但是要公开，这种贴
照片的事情是不被接受的。很快，贴照片的人给我回信，说只是想听到另一面的声音，
并道歉，商定时间来座谈，我说，所有感兴趣的人都可以参加。
整个礼拜中，除了试验就是上网搜查关于西藏的详细资料，收集关于西方媒体关于西藏
的错误报道，关于的老和尚的恶行。不知道对方会来多少人，所以我做了回来很多人的
准备。
转眼就是星期五，我们家LD要来给我助阵，被我谢绝了，我觉得这是我们组的事情，还
