learning language,skiing/skating and some musical instruments around 5-6.
Otherwise, although afterwards practicing may help, but brain functions on
those activities are still different.

好久没上mitbbs，以前的账号密码不记得了，干脆重新注册了这个新帐号。
因为工作换动，我有一个 SFH 在 Northbrook 腾空了，可以出租。Ranch home, about
1020 square feet, 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths (1 in basement), hardwood floor, full
basement finished,, 2-car garage, very convenient to schools, shopping, and
within walking distance to the train station.
同时，我有书橱要卖。 当时还是花了挺多时间找到这种颜色的。也挺结实，我的书都
是大砖头样，放满了没问题。

如果在redfin.com上search最近几年>3500尺 & >$500K(地产税基本一万四五以上）成
交的房子。你会发现好的社区和好的学区基本是高度一致。
北郊的new trier 覆盖了kenilworth, wilmette, glencoe; Stevenson 涵盖了buffalo

那地方学区好。换个木地板，装修一下厨房就会感觉好很多。
看不上这装修，觉得NORTHBROOK/OAKBROOK税低的那都是有点钱的，大部分人连想都不
会想OAKBROOK，所以根本就谈不上比较。
要是比税，203学区和STEVENSON有得一拼，不是还是不少人买203的房？
这世道，能AFFORD这样的房子的人肯定比AFFORD 80万NORTHBROOK房子的人多多了。
口味/感觉是和自己的腰包相关的。
以后你买了房，来这问家具，肯定还会有很多人看不上你的家具的。
这个版有收入几万的，有收入几十万或是富二代，本来不应该凑在一起的，只不过美国
的华人比较无聊，才硬凑在一起的。 |

if you choose deerfield or northbrook which have very decent schools, it
takes about 45min by metra to go to union station.btw, the metra train is
quite on time.
the house price is in a range of 400k - 800k
Gleinview is even closer to the downtown, taking about 35min.The house price
is much lower. |

芝加哥唯三好高中（不考试入学的），lincolnshire, wilmette, hinsdale. 查过去n
年全国排名都是这个。 现在鲍叔说hinsdale的快班被告了，停了，而且在西面，你就
别想了。wilmette说有public housing的提案，离你也远。就一个lincolnshire离你近
，不过您的预算，比较紧张。
lakeforest, deerfield，northbrook,glenview学区也不错，然后是highland park,
libertyville等等。
房价，lakeforest最高，但税低，lincolnshire次之，然后才是northbrook,glenview,
deerfield,buffalo grove，highland park. 这些区老房$300K+就可以了。
同样的区，比如hignland park,只有在湖边那遛房子贵，离湖越远越便宜，最外边30w+
到头了，不能一概而论。沿湖的区大多数都是这样，除了小区，像northfield这样的，
光地就2米，当然这不是你的预算关心的了。
