I do not think the bonus in Big Pharma is 15%, at least not everyone, or in
recently years.At Genentech, it varies, depending level, but in the range of
10-15%. Pension is one big plus (neither Genentech or Amgen offer it), but
that is 20-30 years down the road, and they probably cut you before you

First of all, I don't think you can prove that the pickup was speeding, so
it is likely your responsibility 100%. I am not sure what you can negotiate
with the other parties upon, they have no reason to share the loss if you
can't prove their responsibility.

如果1040 line 21的other income有多项，该怎么填？只有一个空啊
有的网上说attach a spreadsheet if needed
这个spreadsheet是哪张表呢？
具体情况如下：
我自己是resident alien,需要报other income的-5000和fellowship的全额来拿退税；
lp是non-resident alien,现在file jointly，所以treated as resident alien
lp的5000是在她的1040S上的，但作为resident alien，似乎需要8833来claim才行（因
为多数treaty在treated as resident时候失效）。据说在turbotax应该先把1042S上的
这5000作为other income填入line 21,再把treaty 20c的-5000作为另一项填入line 21
.。。虽然一加一减等于0，但这样加上我自己的就一共有三项要填啊
版上以及精华区的例子貌似都是一个人报税的填法，line 21只有一项。

Rejection of "Other Worker" Adjustments
USCIS has confirmed to AILA liaison that it will continue to reject all "
Other Worker" (EW) I-485 applications in June, even if they have priority
dates prior to October 1, 2001, the cut-off date in the State Department

judge of the work of others这两项都极弱， 但只能从中选出一项才能凑够3项来申
EB1A。 现在不知道申MEDIA REPORT 还是 judge of the work of others更好些。
MEDIA REPORT 很多，都只是报道我们的文章（不是我本人），都没有提我的名字。大
多被报道的研究我仅仅是参与，并不是第一作者， 也没提我名字。只有一篇被两三个
主要媒体报道的文章，我是第一作者， 但报道的并不深入（一点都不能说明我的研究
是TOP）。 所以申这项怕被拒。
judge of the work of others 很少， 只有4 篇。两三分的杂志。都是最近review别
人的文章（以前太懒！）。如果申这项会被拒还是补材料？如果补材料可能性大些，我
就申这项， 因为最近几个月我review 文章的数量还会涨点。
