很晕很晕，刚才写了半天的帖子和图片链接，结果发出去的一瞬间我就掉线了，如果晚

看完了魁北克的主要景点之后，记得还顺带看了一个教堂：
下一站自然是我们的目的地，也是这个版的主题渥太华了。
在渥太华的机场呆了大半夜，却没有感受到这个城市的风景，而今再度开车过来，看到
的又全然不同了。
无奈天色已晚，但景色实在诱人，在我们的要求下，就只是下车稍做停留：
入住的酒店倒是很普通，记不得是哪家酒店了，一个小门厅带灶具，床铺在里面：
第二天上午，终于走入了正题，到某个研究所进行学术交流：
开出研究所，往日的农场变成了雪场：
之后当然还是旅游了，国会山庄（Parliament Hill）是免不了要去的：
从Parliament Hill俯瞰美丽的渥太华市貌：
从国会山庄出来，发现我的手套丢在里面了，面对迎面的冷风，我只能把手揣进了羽绒
服的衣兜里。
之后还参观了一个纪念碑，记得对过好像是个教堂吧？也进去看了看。
接下来去了总督府（rideau hall），可惜的是当时不开门，只能在院子里逛了逛：

上偶尔才能看见别的车辆。此刻我们仿佛不是开往加拿大首都，而是开往人迹
罕至的荒郊野岭。
到达宾馆时已接近半夜，还不能立刻入睡，因为下一天的住处还没着落。这次
旅行为保证后面的行程灵活自由，只预订了头两天的宾馆。但是"Freedom is
not free"，行程自由的代价就是深更半夜我在宾馆大堂里(因为有Wi-Fi)抱着
电脑Bid宾馆。
第二天早上，从宾馆步行去Parliament Hill。虽然还是盛夏，气温并不太高，
天空蓝得水洗一般，清澈而高远。议会山后，蓝色的Ottawa River缓缓流淌，
与其相连的Rideau Canal上，古老的运河水闸仍在运行，吸引着许多好奇的游
客。
Parliament Hill由三座建筑组成，以中间的哥特式建筑最为宏伟，与英国议
会建筑Palace of Westminster风格相近，体现着独立后的加拿大和昔日宗主
国的血脉联系。

我按天来说：
day 1: thames坐船游河，到greenwich格林威治村，看天文台、本初子午线——所有去
伦敦的中国人都去看那条线。坐船我记得从大本钟旁边的码头出发、返回。所以之前或
之后可以看大本钟、houses of parliament。parliament可以排队入内参观，队伍比较
长，而且要看当天是否开放。我没进过。附近还有westminster abbey（不要和
westminster cathedral混起来，后者是天主教），非常有名，里面有著名的诗人角（
poets' corner），有很多英国作家的墓碑。要收费。
day 2: 大英博物馆。往南走到covent garden，是伦敦剧院汇聚地，著名的有royal

民主当然不是一团和气，但也不是除了喷口水什么都不干。吵架没什，parliament的词源就是吵架，但都是号称民主的信徒，除了分歧就没有共识？没有共同的底线？你看看这帮人20年的全部工作还不如刘晓波一篇没什么新意的08宪章就知道这帮人多次了。
看看当年tory和whig吵些什么？汉密尔顿和杰弗逊吵些什么，美国人吵了5个月有宪法，汉密尔顿为了吵架发了联邦党人文集。再看看200年后这帮中国民运，真是情何以堪。 |

王绍光的演讲生动有趣，讲的深入浅出，即使像我这样的外行，看了也有收获。印象最
深刻的是“抽签民主”，这一点，以前数学（陈必红）多次也写过。抽签的实质是随机
抽样，只有随机抽样，才能解决大样本的代表性问题。也就是说，只有抽签，才能真正
的实现representative democracy所声称的代表性。当然，光是有代表性，仍然不足以
实现民主，这就需要群众性的参与，也就是毛泽东思想里的群众路线，王给群众路线起
了一个洋名，"qunticipation"，"qun"就是群众的意思。
总之，王绍光的这篇演讲，还是很值得一看的。内容也很丰富，可以从中大致了解毛派
对民主制度建设的观点。

为2009-2049年朝鲜半岛北部的唯一合法政权。
President: 奖给对解体金正日政权功劳最大的原朝鲜国防委员会成员或原朝鲜劳动党
中央领导成员。
Vice President: 由现在仍然处于地下状态的朝鲜抵抗组织政治领导人出任，在总统缺
位时可以代行总统职位。
