PCX今年的预计焦煤是8-9M，2M卖在$90，还有6-7M。前一阵有一个NEWS就是PCX有两个
SURFACE MINE终于拿下PERMIT，这个非常不容易，所以今年PCX焦煤是9M比较SURE了，
那么就是有7M焦煤未卖，现在焦煤价格是$165-180/TON，他们的生产成本是50-60$/TON
，就是每吨利润$100。
所以今年PCX焦煤的利润是$100X7=700M，扣掉TAX，SGM，大概有500M/100M SHARE=$5
EPS，保守点有$4EPS，这个计算都把动力煤和那2M的焦煤的利润当0算。
今年下半年的焦煤预计是$200/TON，这个哈哈。。。
几个可能好消息，今年明年RMB估计会升值5-10%，会有什么影响呢？
MEE刚开始一个新的焦煤矿。

明年PCX的焦煤产量是11M，我估计能到12M的，就是说明年PCX EPS可能到$10+，那么

1．简介
pcx是在pc上成为位图文件存储标准的第一种图象文件格式。它最早出现在zsoft公司
的paintbrush软件包中，在80年代早期授权给微软与其产品捆绑发行，而后转变为
microsoftpaintbrush，并成为windows的一部分。虽然使用这种格式的人在减少，但这种
带有.pcx扩展名的文件在今天仍是十分常见的。
pcx文件分为三部分，依次为：pcx文件头，位图数据和一个可选的色表。文件头长达
128个字节，分为几个域，包括图象的尺寸和每个象素颜色的编码位数。位图数据用一种
简单的rle算法压缩，最后的可选色表有256个rgb值，pcx格式最初是为cga和ega来设计的
，后来经过修改也支持vga和真彩色显示卡，现在pcx图象可以用1、4、8或24-bpp来对颜
色数据进行编码。

今天盘后只有0.36了。
简直是坐着火箭一头栽下去的，跌去95%以上，还有立马成废纸的可能。
在半年前，有谁会说PCX是垃圾股票，一直觉得就算经营再差，煤还在，资产还在，就
等着中国QE而已。
一切都太快了，快得可怕。。。
虽然现在资源股超级便宜，有时候我也蠢蠢欲动，现在看这pcx，顿生寒意。三大经济
实体发展减缓，资源股随时处在生死线上。
今天才明白前两天的股价走势就是bump and dump。手段极其彪悍，残酷的散户绞肉机。 |

了，我最终还是都割了。
可是我买的所有股，都在我割之后3到6个星期飚起来了，其中一个例子就是AMD，呵呵
所以在市场总体向上时，我不轻易割了
PCX我13块5建仓也不是在它这次往上冲的时候，而是在感恩节往下跌时，最低到11块多
你这个我不好讲，但是PCX马上走到30块我一点都不会觉得奇怪 |

Bought 500 shares @17.6x @ 3 days ago.
Sold 200 share @18.0x yesterday right before its free fall.
bought back 200 share @16.3x today to average down the remaining 300 shares
bought at high price. It closed at 16.9.
For the last 4 days, I noticed 3 days that PCX fluctuated about 10% in one
day. So if you buy low and sell high during the same day, the profit is
still good. |

But good thing is I did sell PCX at $21 in april, and if I held those PCX
that would be $8 loss per share. (should have also sold AMR, RDN, IRE,...
then in late April to avoid $14K loss) |

版上考古，像PCX这种刚刚宣布chapter 11，曾经辉煌过的实体公司（有厂房，设备，
技术）， 可以考虑买它的债券， 往往过了一段时间（一, 两个月）能涨50%左右。
chapter11 是很受债权人喜欢的。通过资产重组，原来的债务可以转化成股权。
老股东被驱逐；债权人变成新股东，继续经营。另外，Bonds是有mortgage的，也就是
说是有抵押物的，一般用土地抵押的多，也有厂房。即使破产清算，回报还是有保证的
，优先级比股票要高。

debtor in possession (DIP) financing yesterday. DIP lenders get a first lien
on everything. They can take 100% of the company leaving the bondholders
and share holders with nothing.
For bondholders, you have to buy credit default swaps (CDS) to hedge your
money, however, I highly doubt that any insurance company would sell CDS for
PCX at this stage. |

它的愿望。来股版后看到的破产股票不下5只，但只是对pcx产生过操作的愿望，所以它
清0的过程对我产生的震撼也特别强烈。这只股票至少是2次到5块左右再上6的，所以短
期操作的愿望一度很强烈。第三次下5没有看到它爬上来，然后是到3，到1，1后来到2.
6左右，然后是今天的故事。
股市生存不易，尤其是目前的股市。很难说那天就吃了飞刀，爬不起来。有的人说做好
止损不是可以吗？这一方面牵涉到资金的问题，二是信心的问题。查看一年来股市的股
票记录，几乎没有股票它们的价格是在涨的，无论是一般的股票，还是etf,etn等等。
有的人说空不是很好吗？可是熊不是一般人可以做的。
花街洗劫的滋味估计是很爽的，小散丢钱的滋味肯定是不好受。这样下去的结果是有朝
一日大崩盘，那时想用技术手段来挽救都不可能了。可惜的是到时候多数小散感受不到
胜利的喜悦，依稀可见的是萧杀后的苍凉。 |

Set sell price too high this morning @17.6, fooled by the upward cheer this
morning. (otherwise I would have sold them at 17.3, because I have 200 share
bought at 16.3x. so 17.3 would have been my planned price if not for the
good econ news out this morning. And if sold, as usual, I would buy 200
shares back when it is lower (say 16.3 again) in the afternoon, its everyday
pattern)
