发帖数: 20 | 3 我家娃也6个月了，不过吃奶完全没有规律，因为爷爷奶奶不停的喂奶，每天吃N顿奶，
每次吃2 oz，然后吃一顿辅食，oatmeal加pear puree，没有买量勺量过，每次我都是
约摸着倒oatmeal到宝宝的小碗里，以覆盖碗底为准，再加几勺pear puree，然后加奶
搅拌到糊糊状。宝宝每次吃辅食都很高兴，都能全部吃完。不过我怕他辅食吃多了，奶
会吃少，所以每次都不想喂太多辅食。娃现在有20 bls,体重身高都在85%。娃现在睡觉
不怎么好，晚上一般10点多睡，到11点就醒要奶吃，然后1个小时后还醒，继续吃奶，
然后就到早上4点多醒，不给奶吃就全醒不睡，继续给奶，然后睡觉到早上7点，吃奶，
再睡1个小时，吃奶，继续睡到9点多，全醒。对于娃的作息我感到很无奈，想好好调整
，可惜每次都不舍得让他哭，都随他愿了。 |

如果几天不拉屎，10点喂PEARS，中午就拉出来了，，（自我感觉是这样，要么就是几

水我也不知道怎么喂，，就是在CUP里面灌满专门给BABY冲奶粉的水，然后让娃玩着咬

▪ 以下凡是提到水的，宝宝直接喝的都是指过滤后烧开的自来水（或冷或热）；
凡是用来煮食物的，都是指过滤后的自来水
▪ Gina是英国人，所以书中给出的食物品种和做法不少都是西式的，大家可自行
调整成恰当的中餐品种和做法。
第三部分： 7-9个月宝宝的辅食
随着辅食量的增加，宝宝一天的奶量相应地会慢慢减少。但是一天仍然需要17-20oz左
右的奶量摄入，这包括了每天3顿奶和三餐烹饪中用到的奶（比如调cereal和白酱汁中
用到的奶等）。在这个阶段宝爸宝妈们应该帮助宝宝建立规律的三餐，到宝宝9个月大
的时候，营养主要来源成为各种固体食物，而不是母乳或者配方奶了。为了更好地完成
这个过渡阶段，父母应该继续让宝宝尝试多种多样的食物（各种类型的碳水化合物、蛋
白制品、乳制品、蔬菜和水果），保证营养均衡。

也啃不动。
后来我发现我们院子里就有一颗梨树，不是asian pear，也长得好好的。可能从来没人
管过、修剪过，长得很高，也没人采——我们也没采过，不知道味道怎么样。 |

发帖数: 1245 | 26 最近钓皮皮比较多，有时满载而归，又是空军，所以写个总结。主要是自己总结经验教
训，也抛砖引玉看看大家有啥经验。不过本帖适用于低手穷比，所有装备80刀以下。kv
大神的远投神器我等只能流流口水就算了。。。
1.装备。不需要高大上，25块ul杆35块小spinning轮就行。再便宜的真的扔不远，只能
看着别人干着急 （本人有血的教训）。线4lb，6lb. （8lb以上请用活饵）。粉红或荧
光绿jig用1/24以下.boby garland baby shad 准备monkey milk 和Licorice-
Chartreuse, 即白色和荧光绿。
具体情况请参考当地fisher man的装备，最简单的手则是所有装备跟别人一模一样，不
然保证吃苦头。
2.一般来讲，假饵能上鱼，活饵就一定能上鱼。反之不成立。搞肉的话，之所以有时候
用假饵不用活饵，是因为换活饵太麻烦。鱼如果咬的欢的话，假饵效率要比活饵高。特
别是wade站水里，换饵几乎不可能。但是如果想保证搞到肉，最好假饵活饵都有。
3. 如果所有设备都一样，站你旁边的人钓得到，也不代表你钓的到。

上周日打完篮球后全身酸痛了几天，昨天做了YogaX貌似对缓和肌肉酸痛很有效，虽然
只做了一半，今天完全不酸了。今天力气回来了，天气也不错，打算下班跑步去。

的。首先是省了GPS手表的钱，毕竟人人都有手机；其次是跑步途中遇到情况可以打电
话，尤其长途或野外时更安全；最后是遇到美景可以随手掏出手机拍照分享。跑短途5
公里以内，手机直接握在手上也是可以的，不过我更喜欢手机放在腰包里，这样基本上
没有不适感觉。
如今手机上的跑步APP繁多，有全免费有免费+内购也有一次性购买，功能上有单纯计步
有语音提示有跑后分析也有社交分享。2个月前App Store有次Runtastic Pro限免，然
后在我6月开始跑步的时候用上了。它给了我对于跑步APP的基本印象，也让我开始寻找
最适合自己跑步APP的测试。
上周我先后测试了20款APP，每款APP测试的时间距离都不长，一般都只有1公里，所以
下面也只算是我的初步印象。测试的APP有：Runtastic，Strava，Runkeeper，

4. what kind of special care should be taken for Japanese Maple?
I also consider flowering pear tree, like cleveland pear tree which has
beautiful white flower during the early spring and red foliage in the fall.
all of those five kinds of tree are popular in my area. So I suppose the
soil should be fine for these tree. Am I right?

nursery问问。把那些个看着比较弱的枝子打掉，大概就是一两百块钱吧。离房子这么
近要是砍掉恐怕不只3000刀。最容易被雷雨劈掉吹断的是软木类，比如柳树，杨树，特
别是那个bradford pear，你看见人家大树被劈，基本上都是bradford pear，此树生长
速度极快，三年就可以长到10米以上，但是风吹草动就折。 |

南京的果菜种类比美国丰富得多了，但是，南京有一种果菜的品种没有美国的多。这就
是西红柿。
也许是我孤陋寡闻，在南京的时候我好像就吃过一种西红柿，就是红颜色的、中等大小
的西红柿。来美国之后，发现这么多品种的西红柿。我每年都种好几个品种的西红柿，
大部分品种还没来得及种。
今年我种的大西红柿获得了花园版西红柿大赛的冠军，转到版上来，老乡们都说我的西
红柿大王长得太丑了。好吧，我给老乡们看看我今年种的漂亮的小白脸西红柿。这几个
品种分别是黄梨（yellow pear），意大利之冰（Italian ice），黑梨（black pear）
，红斑马（red zebra）和绿斑马（green zebra）。
这几种西红柿不仅长得俊，而且味道还很好。特别值得一提的是黄梨西红柿，那真是中
