Lets put aside for now that government workers shouldn't be unionized at all
since there is no profit motive, not working conditions issues from the
past, no cap on compensation, that unions negotiate with themselves being
that they sit on both sides of the 'bargaining' table and that the ultimate
boss - the taxpayers - are completely locked out of the process. But there
