这federal case是去年才发生的事，而且只是个具体case，没有修法。在这之前那么多
年本应是felony的polygamy一直没法执行。
扯远了，总之这个court ruling估计也不会对加州具体CCW的审批有啥影响。加州整体

我支持黑人白人可以通婚是因为法律保证black people and white people are equal
， 过去不许黑人白人通婚是种族歧视一种表现。
我支持同性可以结婚是因为法律保证men and women are equal，一个人可以和异性结
婚，也应该可以和同性结婚。 过去不许同性结婚是性别歧视的一种表现。种族平等，
性别平等都是通过多少代的努力才达到的。历史上男女不平等，不代表那种传统应该继
续。
回头说polygamy， 什么时候美国人认为1 and 2 are equal， 1 and 4 are equal，1
and n are equal，那polygamy就能合法化了。反正我是看不到有多少可能。 |
