2018年4月2日晚，清华大学人文学院历史系教授秦晖在上海喜马拉雅美术馆发表了题为
“21世纪的全球化危机”的学术演讲。
秦晖教授认为，全球化在西方那里造成了社会不平等的加剧，在中国这里本来应该增加
社会平等的一些功能，也没有真正能够落实。这样，全球化在全球都造成了不平等加剧
的现象。秦晖教授提醒听众，在全球化进行了一段时间以后，如果我们说，以前中国改
革决定的是中国的命运的话，那么现在，中国改革在某种意义上还决定着世界的命运，
决定着全球化到底趋向于一种良性的进步，还是趋向于劣币驱逐良币。

test population group 和 post-test population group。因为只有一小部分人被
test, 所以打算用 post-test population group作为test group, 然后pre-test

前两天看到的一个关于世界二十五种最濒危的灵长动物的帖子，看到第一个猴子的图片
一下子就被吸引了。它有一对扇风耳，一双滚圆的眼睛，一只可爱的鼻子，一条长长的
刷子似的大尾巴，双手双脚紧紧地抓在一个树枝上面。这种猴子名叫Rondo Dwarf Gala
go (Galagoides Rondoensis)，在网上查了一下，中文翻成了一个很拗口的名字：绒哆
倭丛猴。
绒哆倭丛猴是一种体重仅两盎司（六十克）的小型物种，属于灵长目原猴亚目，和狐猴
、懒猴、眼镜猴等萌物们亲缘关系不远。直到一九九六年人们才知道这类物种的存在，
并从那时起把它们视为丛猴种类中最小的一种。如今绒哆倭丛猴已经从濒危类变为极度
濒危类动物。
绒哆倭丛猴的大眼睛和大耳朵不单单是用来卖萌，主要是用于在夜间活动，吃昆虫和果

刚看了 余秋雨在奥运时候的 博客，他说 世界上曾经如此大规模的欢迎过世界各国来
宾的其实只有一个国家，就是中国，什么时候？唐代的长安，尽管那个时候谈不上奥运
会，但是你想想看，这是什么概念？当时的罗马城不到五万人，长安是100万人，70几
个外交社团，我们长安城里面吃的是阿拉伯面食，用的是罗马一粟，看的是印度杂技，
穿的是波斯的服装，世界各国的宗教在我们那儿都有他们的教堂，中国人已经很习惯于
用平静的心态面对丝绸之路来的各国的客人，这种平和的心境，从容的心境希望能够在
我们新的世纪不仅复活，而且更好的弘扬。
这岂不是 很像现在的美国？

as well (instead of the city proper). You can't compare metro chicago, which
extends far beyond the city of Chicago to WI and IN, with the City of
Toronto. City popuation wise, it is 2.8M vs 2.5M.
Metro Toronto population 5.6 million (2006), which has surpassed 6 million
in 2010, to be more comparable with your 2009 Chicago metro population

released May 19 by the U.S. Census Bureau. The census data consider all
American cities with populations over 50,000 and show how much those cities
grow or shrink year-over-year, comparing July 2014 to July 2015.
Chicago topped Illinois’ list for population decline – the city lost 2,890
people on net, the second-worst population decline in the country. Only
Detroit’s decline of 3,107 people was worse.

我的结论是：samples in population 2 have significantly lower variations when
compared with the samples in population 1

科書上吹，鬧成了國際笑柄。後來又弄出了所謂“蒙古人起源於中國”“外蒙人是內蒙
人奴隸”的可笑謬論。而最近網絡上出現了壹段視頻，內容居然是上海復旦大學生命科
學學院教授李輝通過基因檢測斷定成吉思汗是的父系是漢人，而且還號稱在國際上發表
