一位韩国朋友昨天邀请我这个复活节（4月20日）先去他的基督教堂做礼拜，然后到他
家做中国菜。
他多次劝我入教。但今天我做了两件事让他很不爽。
首先，他吃饭总是要祷告。今天他请我吃饭，他照例进行饭前祷告。他说：“Please

的人把持，只招自己人，不招外种族的人，甚至连其他地域族群的印度人也不招。让这
些人把持IT业，不但是白人，黑人，华人等所有族裔的灾难，也是绝大多数印度人（他
们那个特定小圈子的人除外）的灾难。
在这些印度人小圈子“团结”的表象背后，是各种肮脏的内幕。老印高管剥削下级印度
人，任意奴役侮辱，下级为了保住他们的工作，常常要向上级行贿。他们还开设很多咨
询公司（应该是ICC之流），滥用H1B名额，剥削压榨印度人。

第一， 最高法院现在判决的是几个州关于禁止同性婚姻的case，也就是把那几个州关
于禁止同性婚姻的各州法律给否决了。 这种否决，使得这个判决做为基点法律，大家
都得遵守。
但是，你判定的同性婚姻成为法律后，就可能和其它法律特别是宪法冲突。比方，天主
教的教义所教导和尊从的婚姻就是一男一女的婚姻。而宪法对宗教的信仰是明确保护的
。那么，在宪法保护下的宗教信仰中的异性婚姻就和这次判决的同性婚姻明确抵制。这
样，有人就会控告州政府乱发同性婚姻结婚证而对抗宗教教义而没有履行宪法对宗教的
保护。要求州政府履行宪法对宗教的保护而废除同性婚姻。但州政府肯定不干，官司就
会被一步一步打到最高法院。到时，会不会最高法院再判决出个5：4的结果又据场把同
性婚姻的判决给overturn了，我不知道，估计你也不可能知道。
