刚买好保险，这几天突然发现自己怀上了，这下可怎么办？求问各位姐妹
我们能现在跟保险公司说取消保险，或者说加上孕妇这些事的保险吗？
要不要跟保险公司说实话，说突然发现怀上了，所以要求改保险？保险公司知道的话，
会不会不同意改呢？（我担心资本主义国家保险公司良心肯定不好，明明知道你怀上了
，明摆着要花保险公司的钱，他们会不会不给你保呢？）

pre-existing condition". If you lg has group insurance, see if you can be
added as a dependent. Also, if everything is normal in your early pregnancy,
you don't really need to see a doctor until like 8-10 weeks. You still have
plenty of time to figure out this insurance. Don't panic yet. |

something pink, and later on brownish on my pants. I called my OB right away
, my OB scheduled an ultrasound for me at week 6 and we see baby's heartbeat
. Both the OB and the doctor performed the ultrasound told me they don't
know why I was bleeding, but my ob told me many people experience this
during early pregnancy.One thing the ultrasound and the transvaginal
ultrasound can eliminate the possibility of ectopic pregnancy.

上个星期一下班回家去接两个宝的路上，我还独自一人感慨来着，虽然这些日子，爷爷
病重，爸爸去了中国伺候了四个星期，家里很乱，那边亲人的心情也特别的blue;我们
这个小家还是不错的，这个冬天两个孩子还没有生过病呢。。。回到家里吃了晚饭，老
大说一天都在学校流鼻涕，鼻子都擦的疼了，爸爸拿起温度计一量，天啊，已经103了
；赶紧上药。考虑到我孕了，决定爸爸带姐姐；妈妈带妹妹睡。刚躺下不久，我还迷迷
糊糊的没睡着，就听见睡在一旁的老二大口往外碰东西的声音；打开灯一看，天啊，耳
朵到脖子，那个量像是一天吃的都一下子吐出来了。大叫老公，一个忙着清理床；一个
忙着个小的洗澡清理她的头发和身体。老公决定带着两个病娃一起睡，我被隔离到孩子
的房间一个人睡。倒霉的一周就这样开始了。
我一直试着注意不要被传染上了。可以两个人都工作，不可能指望一个人在家呆上好几

我很谨慎的写这篇帖子。但我不是专业人士，这些只是一些常识和个人经验。各位妈妈、准妈妈们，请听医生们的专业意见。
怀孕时的坐姿很重要，挺直腰，尽量坐硬木头椅子，就是坐硬椅子时，最好也只坐后半个屁屁在椅子上，前半个屁屁悬空在椅子外。这个坐姿是调整你子宫位置和胎位的好方法。
我整个孕期一直保持良好的坐姿，坐累了，走走或是躺下，基本没有做过很软的沙发，更没有一滩泥似的整个人深陷在沙发里，靠在沙发背上蜷着。
这种姿势，开始累,后面就很习惯了。从我个人经历看，效果非常非常好。
Pregnancy pillow
孕后期，真累啊，真累啊。左侧睡对胎位好，但大多数人（没准是所有的准妈妈们），无论什么体位，都已经是无法舒服入睡了。
强烈建议孕中期就买个Pregnancy pillow，早买早享受。孕后期尤其有用。

这些签名档的一个重要特征是，随着时间的推移，签名档上的指示位置能自动地向前推
进和更新。这样，就省去了自己天天挠着头、费劲周折地计算自己现在到了怀孕第几周
、宝宝还有多少天就出生等的麻烦。
这些签名档不仅仅可以设置怀孕的指示条，还可以设置孩子出生后几岁了，结婚后几年
了等人生重要信息。

small, so the doc planned c section ahead of time and did the operation to
remove it at the same time. It did cause some pain toward the end of the

statistic analysis on the birth defect rates comparing with normal

制品，照样抽筋，问了医生还不是护士说了可能也是缺钾，让吃香蕉（当然香蕉也富含

1）用Pregnancy Disability leave 可以提前4周休息，生之后6周，剖腹产8周
2）之后可以再用Family Temporary Disability，最长4周
这两部分时间都是保险公司cover一部分，比如70％，然后剩下的30％你要用自己的休
假时间去补（sick leave or vocation time），要是用完了就没有30％的pay了
我现在想请教一下这两部分时间保险公司cover的部分(比如那70％的部分）都需要交州
税和联邦税吗？自己用sick leave或者vocation hour的那一部分是不是以前怎么交税
现在还怎么交税？谢谢。
听说用pregnancy disability leave的那段时间保险cover的那部分（70％）是不用交

要给力，要从一开始就调教，嗯。
觉得没有太多要忌讳的，别烫发染发，别化浓妆，别吃生的，头几个月别吃活血的东西
，别随便吃药，然后就没啥了。计划回国的话要看看Ob那边的各种检查要算好时间。
严重同意楼上的几位。有什么状况可以查英文网站或者上这里来问，别看中文的那些东
西，看着闹心。中国的食补啊调理啊什么的我还是信的，但是动不动就大惊小怪上纲上
线地胡扯我就忍不了了。孕期对自己好一点，开开心心最重要。

I used to think so up to last week.
I am 39 weeks along (advanced pregnancy, 39 y/o, first pregnancy), baby is
not engaged.
By ultrasound, baby is pretty big, over 8 lbs and head size 10.6+ cm last
week.
It is a possible 头盆不称 scenario. I talked to my OB who had been saying
that I need to do a trial natural birth up until 38 weeks, but last week, he
changed his mind and said that I could schedule a c-section if I wanted to.
