我跟我老婆都是F1身份，前两个星期打算要个小孩，因为想着可能不会那么快就来
，加上最近实验室很忙，没很在意买保险的事，上周在家用验孕棒测试了下，发像是两
条线，后来几天陆续又测了几次，越来越明显，现在基本颜色一样明显。来得太快突然
意识到还没买保险，她是RA，有学校的保险，但是只报80%，现在想再买一个保险，好
抵消另外一部分。但是看了几个保险好像都提到除非怀孕是在保险覆盖时间段，虽然现
在还没去医院检查，但是有的话肯定也在这之前了。虽然有保险可以覆盖生小孩的，但
是那些保险貌似都很贵， 有类似经历的朋友们能不能给点建议？
另外，看了一个PSI的保险，一年大概1000刀，其中有提到孕检的事，但是我没怎么
看懂条款，不太清楚第一句提到的test 跟 后面的 test 有什么区别，那个 other

你说的，初一听好象有理，但是别忘了宪法是一国的最高法，不同于刑法和民法，不同
于商业合同或私人合同，不可能一条条列出明细表。我们讨论的是对宪法的解释，我不
是宪法专家，CC是否违宪，可以讨论。但是，我不同意你说“未禁止就是允许”。宪当
初宪法也
没有明文禁止种族隔离，后来宪法没有明文禁止排华，现在宪法也没有明文禁止“大学
按种族quota 招生”。
说到禁止联邦政府插手州教育事务，宪法第十修正案：
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or
to the people.
具体到解释这条宪法修正案的具体法案，有 U.S. Department of Education 的
General Educational Provisions Acts, 明文禁止联邦政府指导中小学的日常教学事
务。

简单的例子, MA州关于confientiality provision的说明:
"A confientiality provision is part of the settlement
document that is signed by all parties involved in the
case when a monetary settlement is reached. In the agreement,
the plaintiff and his or her attorney agree to keep the
settlement amount and the details of the case private."
随便到网上google 一下 malpractice confientiality agreement
就能得到类似的信息.
人家民事官司的法律文件, 法庭知道, 双方知道, 凭什么要给你公开?
