qualification time is 3:10:00, you are still considered as qualified if your
time is no worse than 3:10:59. This cushion has been eliminated.
Boston registration process has also been changed so that just getting a
time that is better than qualification time no longer guarantees an entry to

tournament bad beat jackpot.
and i guess i've played over 1 million hands in total (cash+tourney), this
is the only one that "qualifies".
amazingly how it happens so often in live, for example, caesars' jackpot (
quad 2s+) gets hit almost every 1 or 2 months, considering that only about
8K hands dealt everyday for the whole room. |

发帖数: 9 | 25 多谢大家回复，因为刚注册的帐号不能在移民版发贴，就临时发到这儿来了，等过了三
天期限再转过去。我LG的boss已经电话面试过那个人，说是最近刚被同行一个大公司
laid off的一个senior director(估计是我们公司，最近刚lay off了很多excutive级
别的)，很desperate的想找工作，所以连这个manager的position都申请了，按照他的
经验做我LG的boss的boss都可以了。所以我估计就算是我LG赌气辞职，他们也不会给这
个家伙offer，肯定呆不长，只是来过渡一下。总之，LG的BOSS和HR也很无奈,说是bad
luck,让他再等三个月重新POST，还帮他分析说就算他现在换工作，一般至少等半年开
始申请，时间上也不比重POST快，的确也是。
关于怎么给CANDIDATE写REVIEW，HR说只能COMMENT ON HARD SKILLS，NOT ON SOFT
SKILLS，而且都是YES OR NO，不能写"OVER QUALIFIED， BUT NOT FIT"。我们也不知
道LABOR的要求，是不是还有什么细节可以推敲的。 |

而且你也没必要过分贬低一般学校的PHD吧，一般学校也有PHD的论文很牛的。只不过是
总体平均数量不如牛校罢了吧。
