家的要求。那么问题来了：既然卖家有卡号和密码，那么他可以随时在网上用卖给我的
卡消费啊。。。
对于这种事情Ｒａｉｓｅ怎么能防住呢？我有几张卡都是断断续续一年多才用完，那时
早过了１００天保证了。现在想想真是后怕啊。。。
所以在Ｒａｉｓｅ上买卡可以，但是最好买那种马上可以用掉，或者换成新ＧＣ的。可
惜的是现在很多店都不能用自己的ＧＣ买自己的ＧＣ了。。。 |

Anyone noticed that Lenovo raised the starting price for T530/T430. I
remembered that the starting price for both T430/T530 was $799 a couple of
weeks ago and now it's $879. I don't see any improvement in the
specification.
Am I missing something?

,06 年卖楼的应该是什么样的人。细一点说，男的主要就是property management，女
的呢，大部时间是作realtor，但不作listing agent，只是四处带人看看房，了解市场
，找deal，fishing。两口子在我们那一片也算是小有名气的地主了。第二代，女儿女
婿都是投行出身，现在回家接班。因为他们的fiance背景，所以，能把原来的30-
50units做到100-300units的规模。分工嘛，就是老太太找deal，老头带女儿谈判，女
婿作finance这一块，fund raising和之后的asset management。

I would defitely prefer loan to giving a stake.
Given loan is cheap right now and easy according to you, they have to
justify why they are seeking a stake taker.
Thinking about real world, those who are willing to give stake usually
accompany
