再说饶毅、管坤良实验室联合发表的论文数据造假

昨天我发出《关于饶毅、管坤良实验室联合发表的论文数据造假的分析》后，
饶毅转给我他当天登在其微信公众号的文章《饶毅、管坤良就论文图片的分析》
（以下简称饶文），作为对“有人匿名散发指饶毅参与署名的9篇论文中图片有
造假问题”的回应。由于第6、7、8、9等四篇文章“不存在需要解释的地方”，
饶文称只需回应第1、2、3、4、5等五篇文章——对此我也同意，我在前文也只
分析了这五篇论文。
但是实际上饶文只回应了“饶毅需要负质量和监管责任的图片”，指的是这
两篇论文中的图片：

不过，garibaldi说的倒是可以让我们想到一些长远的事情，毕竟donation不只是一次
而已，如果这次可以通过一些比较严谨的方式进行，可以为下一次提供参考。或者可以
建立一种长期的donation。本站应该还是有一些在读法律的同志，可以问一下是否有人
愿意提供一些法律参考意见或者帮助？
还有，有些情况是可以免税的，不是很清楚这样形式的donation是否要上税，还是donate
的时候已经自动上了的？如果可以免的话，还是多填几张表格吧~

Biggest problem: They have around 700 million loans need to roll over in
March/20111. If they can successful roll over the loan, the stock should
trade much higher(over $5), otherwise, the stock could crashed down to as
low as 1.50 in my estimate.

关于ras, 我想请教一下, 据我假设 庄家从08年12月 到 现在 都在吸货,但是根据交易
量看.截至到这个月.一共也就交易了 222 m. ras 有111m. 也就是一个200%的 交易量.
这样子看 是否构成一个吸货成功的标志呢?
感觉 庄家会要么向上走吸货,要么向下走 吸货. 会中途就跑么. 都折腾1年了..

you can consider invest
on NCT prefered C, NCT-PC
RAS prefered C. RAS-PC
Both REIT are pretty strong right now, can easily access wall street for
more money.
Of course, you buy it only if you plan to hold at least one year for its
yield.
Risk, if the company decide to redeem the stock at 25, then you lost a
little bit money.
Of course, if interest rate going up sharply, you can also lost lots of
money.

Top 7 pick都没什么好说的，不管是你觉得MF不值No.1,还是PH比LT强，不管这七
个RB怎么排列组合，top 7跑不出他们七个。
tui 在8th pick挑了EJ，我觉得挺冒险。过去两年都被injury连累，今年到底怎么
样谁也没底。不如后面babyvox的Henry Travis保险。
packer的Green弟弟值不值9th pick，仁者见仁。我觉得不如TO或者Harrison保险
，基本上180fantasy pts到手。Green前年也就189分，今年能否重现雄风是个问号
。
11th轮到我，top RB都没了，按计划我的目标是TO，Harrison，McNabb之一，在T
O和Harrison之间犹豫好久，手一抖就选了TO，gut feeling.
后面ptpt应该是machine pick。不过可能很多人也都会挑S.Davis。Ras钟情EG，先
hand一下。不过实话实说，不如后面的Harrison。MSEE能够拣到Harrison，不知心

刚才上去年money league的站点,rtsports.com看了一下，咱们的league还存在。
不过我用得是guest password,自己的password已经忘了，不知道还能不能用。
16个队的roster也还保存着，都还没有指定keeper. 网站上说，June 30前交钱
有20%的discount. 切记切记。
我先表一下态啊，money keeper league一定要继续搞下去。而且不要每年都从头
来，那样的话不就成了没搞keeper一样么。如果去年的队有owner不想继续玩的，
咱们可以换owner, 象vikings那样。我觉得option有这么几个。
1) 继续用rtsports. 说实在的我对那个站点没什么意见。如果走这个option,
需要做的是：ras去确认一下现在还没指定keeper还来得及。咱们在这里poll一把，
如果多数人都支持在老地方玩，就在June 30前把$$交了。
2) 选用其他站点玩。to-do list: owner们先把每队两个keeper定下来(加起来

这次草稿过程中还中了个大奖，Benson身价上升不少。但是根据多年来的
饭大喜football规律，ras手里的人早晚会有bust的。

wrost picks: 为什么不早选Def. 最后一轮的Texans D好像太弱了些。
当天上掉馅饼时：Stephen Davis头几场发威，受伤后正好赶上Ricky重夺肥缺背

多年来一直都在思考，一直在思考，
偶为啥要来米国，吃了一大圈的苦，
也没混出啥，失去了很多机会，
到头来只在一个小学校混口饭吃。
其实在国内挣钱很容易，
就算啥正式工作都不做，每天就写写财经，政经，金刚评论，
每天5千字算，算500块钱1千字，一天2500，一个月也能挣个几万。
至少也比在米国做农场大学教书匠有成就感。
美金在贬值，中国物价在上涨，转眼在米国挣的一点民工收入在上海就只能买厕所了。
而早年偶的本科研究生同学，去上海的，基本都几套房子了。
没劲啊，其实想想去年狠狠心，就回top 2算了。今年也可以回，但是又放弃了。
纠结啊，收入上，国内可以挣的比这么多，
地位声望上，也比这么多很多。
混在米国，守望着一点一直保有，却很难实现的academia梦想，不知道算什么。
前些日子msn上碰到高中同学，现在上海民政局婚姻登记处当领导，她很开心的生活。
偶心里想，如果Ras在上海的生活估计就是后半篇所描绘的，上海海归单身汉，俺心许
可以帮他点忙，我同学就做这份工作的。呵呵，笑话了，ras风流周当，娇妻满圈，哪
