Several things which you will need to do :( I am not sure)
1. Pay the Peiyang Fee to the LZU.
2. Go to the education department of gansu province to get the forms

一些，一個多小時就會到，所以是一個蠻方便去玩的地方，當天就可以來回沒問

剛好可以休息一下，就是Carlsbad Premium Outlets，在Palomar Airport Rd下往
北就會看到，隔壁是The Flower Fields，有荷蘭風車和美麗的花田，每年春季開

proteins), 1-5 mg can give a good chance. Usually people first try
screening kits (there are several kinds of kits), and if you are lucky
enough, you can get good crystals at the first trial. In this case,
you only need 1-2 mg protein.
If you can not find condition by screening, or you need to optimize
the conditions that give bad crstals, it will difficulty to say, but 5-10
mg can give very good chance.

l均衡理论的方式，具体的说：
self-enforcing的equlibrium可以用形如y=x^2的形式表示，或者二次倒数为正函数，也
就是说偏离均衡点后，有某种力量可以促使回归均衡。。。
semi self-enforcing 的equlibrium(这个词是我自己coin的）可以用形如y=-(x^4+x^2)
，也就是一个M 形的函数，表示在一定范围内偏离平衡态，某种力量可以将它拉回，但是
一旦超过某个critical value，这个平衡将会被打破，朝着另外的方向发展。。。
self-destructing 的 equlibrium (也是自己coin的），可以用形如y=-x^2来表示，或者
二次导数为负的函数，一旦偏离均衡点，这个平衡将会被打破，并且这个打破还是self-e
nforcing的。。。
我觉得经济学里面应该比较详尽的关于这些均衡理论的讨论吧，或者对于经济学这只是非
常elementary的想法，但是对于政治学，似乎没有多少人在使用它，请诸位经济学大虾指

estimator per se. Heckman model usually refers to the model which adjust
for selection bias or selectivity. There is so called Heckman two-step
estimator which is one way to estimate the model, but not the only one. In
fact, maximum-likelihood estimator is more efficient. I have not used it;
but I think svy: heckman is a ML estimator which allows for sampling weight.

same as Wifi backhaul, either DSL or cable.
