trend (time profile of pH, temperature etc.)
I am using continous process history view, which is basically a client of
Pi-data server. It works fine and of course its x-axis shows real time stamp.
My boss doesnt like the real timestamp though, coz it is not straightforward
to tell how long the process is runing now. Especially for fermentation
process, age (relative time) is prefered as x-axis. But there is difficuty to

real-t PCR的时候,得到的产物却是100bp以下.我以为是dimer,于是提高了2度,但还是
得到100bp以下的产物.pcr 和real PCR的试剂和条件一样,除了第一个没有加
sybergreen.很奇怪为什么会这样? |

real time PCR? Have you perform the cDNA gradient dilution to optimize your
template concentration? Have you use ROX as refrence? And where do you fill
your samples? is it in edge?
Biorad real time PCR is not so specific, from my experience, Applied system
is far better. |

但我做的和你不一样，我设计的引物用普通Taq或者即使是专门扩高GC的kit也有很多非
特异性的，但是用Real Time的kit就非常好。 顺便说一下我用的是Brilliant
Brilliant® II SYBR® Green QPCR Master Mix (Stratagene)
另外引物拿到后就不要用普通的试来试去了，没啥意义，直接找几种做Real Time的kit
上就行了。 |

showed for an actual negative sample. When I checked its amplification curve
(green line in figure below), I found it's different from other samples.

PCR 反应溶液组分：
DNA 2 uL, 50-150 ng， 260/280 都在1.8-2.1之间
taqman probe: 2 pmol
primers: 4 pmol
master mix: 10 ul
总共： 20 uL
real-time PCR 仪器是：Stratagene Mx3000
昨天和合成probe的公司联系，说可能要加DMSO，今天就加了5%，结果同样是没有扩增
曲线？
primer和probe，都是按文献设计做的。莫非是仪器设置的问题？还是其他莫名原因？

具体project是这样的:
用FPGA实现一个data acquisition system, 然后real time display on computer 还
有 real time control (using matlab or labview).
我有8到16个input channel,声音信号,通过A/D,送进FPGA,在FPGA里把这些数据进行
phase delay control 以及叠加,再进行一些其他计算,比如傅立叶变换转换成频域信号
等等. 要求是,时域信号和频域信号,各个channel信号以及叠加的信号,都要在电脑上实
时显示,也要实现实时control.
小弟新人,一点都不懂,老板也是一点都不懂,但是非要我做这个.跟他提过说想买个DAQ
card,都解决了,用起来也方便,一来嫌贵,二来说没必要, |

i personally don't really buy that postprandial hypoglycemia (reactive
hypoglycemia)theory, but that's just me, it's still a controversial topic,
some suggest it is just a functional symptom that might have nothing to do
