家庭总收入税前15万，两个孩子， 一个3岁， 一个3个月大， 不知道这样的收入， 搬
到Reston/Herndon（在Reston工作）， 生活压力会不会很大？
听说Reston/Herndon 一带 在政府工作的人很多， 消费很高， 房子也很贵。
不知道3-bedroom two-bathroom 的single family house， 大体在什么价位上？地税税率多少？ 环境和治安好吗？
另外， 孩子快上学了， Reston/Herndon的中小学以及高中如何？ 哪个city的学区好？

5.大华府地区有没有华人聚居的地方？如果有的话，是在North-VA还是在South-MD？哪
边更受同胞偏爱？

地点：离Reston（11950 Democracy Drive Suite 600. Reston, VA 20190）比较近，
20分钟以内的车程。Reston, Herdon和Fairfax是我比较看好的地方~
时间：June 1st起租最好，实在不行六月中间起租也可以，最迟七月初。
租金：希望加上utility控制在700以内。
然后还有些其他的期望，满足最好，不满足可以再商量 :)
1. 干净，最好是木地板，房子比较新；
2. 有车库可以免费停车最好，如果没有的话，这个停车费不要太高。。；
