一家历史悠久的海鲜餐厅，好像1850年就有了。clam chowder很好吃，但主食很一般了
。老公竟然在生蚝里吃到一颗珍珠，哇咔咔，看来要走运了。喜欢吃生耗的同学可以去
，每周一特价一只生蚝五毛钱。
Orchids
这家是Cincy最好的餐馆，没有之一。可惜restrauant week预定爆满，没能去成，就贴
一张之前去吃的解解馋。主厨连获两年全美烹饪大赛第一，餐馆有自己的农场，在楼上
希尔顿楼顶还种薰衣草养蜜蜂，自己做蜂蜜。
tester menu分量比较小，开胃菜有4中不同方法做的花椰菜，5中不同口味的甜菜，主
菜veal很厚一块但是嫩，羊肉，甜点都是现做的，都是两个球当中用一块巧克力搭座桥
连起来
另外强烈推荐一个在Newport的Mokka Sunset bar and grill,在美式grill里算性价比
很高的，味道好价格低，常年有20刀卖10刀的餐券，而且店里本身每天有打折，周二是
开胃菜半价，周三鸡翅4毛钱一个，周四所有burger和sandwich 6块钱一个，还有sides

海鲜还是去新金门吧。哪里的皇帝蟹不错。有时候有象拔蚌。粉丝贵妃蚌也好吃。我最
爱的是糯米糕鞋。还有个鸭掌海参什么的大人都爱吃。鱼做的也不错。东星斑吧，头尾
煮汤，身体清蒸浇油。 |

开胃菜smoked salmon, 炸鸡翅，这农场的走地鸡做的，prosciutto是从West Virginia
山上野猪身上切下来的肉做的；lentil soup里的ham像中式火腿；salad的dressing很
特别，当中白色是半熟的鸡蛋；主菜Bass, 鱼皮煎得很脆，配上酱汁榛子非常的惊艳；
Porkopolis,是用几种不同方法做猪不同部位的拼盘，跟广东菜的烧味有点像
这家餐馆很不错，但价位有点高，主菜一个25刀左右
Ruth's Chirs
这家店有好多连锁店，就不多介绍了。Cincy最好的牛排店。sides必须另外点。Filet
Mignon很嫩
Via Vite
主菜tuna和bacon wrapped pork。环境不错，菜一般。跟Buca de beppo差不多吧。这
家是Cincy最好的意大利餐馆Nicola's的主厨的儿子开的。
Boi na Braza
这家buffet有两个分店，在Dallas和Cincy，特色就是服务员把串在钳上烤肉拿到你桌

this. They said that most people hate pork blood and pork feet. and it is

Mayflower hotel, where African Safari exhibition shown now is great.
