大约4月13号mail tax file到NC，Check在21号被Cashed了。现在到IRS网站上都查不到
Tax Return Transcript。
给IRS打过好几次电话，他们建议过了这个周六就re-file。
我觉得是不是4.15附近太多人file了，IRS处理得很慢。
如果有人在4.15附近file的，能不能帮忙到IRS网站上查一查有没有Tax Return
Transcript，我好知道自己所在的位置。具体方法如下和见附图：
1. 上IRS网站：www.irs.gov，点“order a Return or Account Transcript”，如图1。
2. 点“Order a Transcript”，如图2。
3. 输入自己的个人信息。
4. 选“Return Transcript”和“2011”，如图3。
提交就行。
如果Tax return已经处理完，IRS会说Transcript已经order，5-10天会邮到你的地址。
如果没处理完，就会说“not available”，如图4。

另外提醒楼主，最好是去IRS要最近三年的tax return transcripts，以及往前算第四
年和第五年的tax account transcripts(因为IRS只存3年的tax return transcripts，
如果要三年之前的，只有tax account transcripts)。有很多移民官不认你自己当年
file tax return的photocopies。要tax return/account transcripts的方法很多，可
以去IRS当场拿，可以打电话去要，也可以塡4506-T寄去IRS。 |

email，要return label。
本来以为挺简单的，折腾了很久发现usps online打不了return label。stamps.com 更
郁闷，注册了，信用卡资料也给了，发现也是要从history中generate return label。
花了四毛六的postage，结果还是没有activate return label的option。paypal的
shipnow进去，不知道是不是因为用户级别太低，没有看到multi-order shipping的
option。
不知道我是不是太较劲了，跟ups，fedEx差了二十块钱的事儿。我就是想不通这么简单
的东西，为什么实施起来这么复杂。所以麻烦大家指点一下，我这种没卖过东西，就单
纯想generate一个return label的情况，用usps怎么操作呢？

label寄回来花了大半天时间测试，一开始真的不工作，装不上。后来试了多次都提示
incorrect ip address。打电话给dell客服，被告知warranty已经失效几天。我强势的
指出n年前从你家买的台式机13个月就坏了，现在用个打印机才过warranty几天，就不
给diagnosis，以后也不会再用他家的东西了。后来客服还是给做了online trouble
shooting,还是没整好，说我的router是的频率不支持，我不太信这个。放下电话，事
后自己捣鼓里几下就成功了，连续测试了几个小时也没有发现有断线现象。扣50%
restocking fee和shipping。
后来在ebayshang 当半新的买。买家收到后马上要return，说wireless 不工作。后来
又说搞定了，但是dell告诉他warranty过期，还是要退。我试图劝说给额外的credit让
他留下，他说scanner又不工作，检查要退。我建议他按照说明重新试一下，他不理会

return air的口在墙顶上，有一个filter。现在的房子就一层，好像有4个return air
vent，发现都没有filter，那天在HD网上买了一个新的6x12的return air vent cover,
收到以后发现是个很厚的，里面可以放一个filter，原来的那个是个很薄的，没有

水凝排除，所以我发现了return duct size小而不能匹配5吨a/c 增加一个return duct
，会增加a/c运行时间，一方面是增加排湿，另一方面借助a/c blower清除duct里面的
dust。
whole house dehumidifier 和 增加一个 ceiling return duct的操作基本相同，我想
自己做ceiling return duct，请教应该注意的问题。 |

tax software 最后提供一个option, 粗略比较separate return，结果separate
return 退税更多。
粗略看一下，separate return，收入少的一方可以claim child tax credit. 可结果

2010年的时候，拿得fellowship，被witheld了1000多刀。file了return，因为当时刚
来没有SSN，同时还申了Tax identification number. 但是一直没有拿到return. 也没
有收到TIN.
最近才知道可以打到IRS phone rep. 问了2010年的return.说压根没有我2010年的记录

现在打算重新 file 2010年的。 找学校又要了2010年的1042s, 上面写的是2010年的住
址，并且没有SSN。就跟当年收到得一样。学校不给开amended copy, 就是不给改地址
和加上我的SSN. 说叫我自己把SSN 手写加上去。。。
问题：
1.
现在我再file a late tax return, 是不是只用1040NR-EZ 和8843？
1040NR-EZ 写我current的地址，和1042s 上不一样，有没有关系？

2008年的存在电脑里，结果电脑被盗，没了；手头有一些草稿和W2。
2007年的也齐全。
大家帮忙看看选哪一种做法？
1，什么都不交；
2，只交2009年的W2和tax return；
3，从新填一份2008年的tax return？凑够2-3年的W2 和tax return；
4，交3年的W2，和2年（07，08）齐全的tax return。

worry about FICA. What you file every year is income tax return. If you pay
too much of FICA, you can get it back from income tax return. Or you can pay
nanny tax through your income tax return. But if you did not pay enough,

Hester had two more returns for TD that were not counted in the above stats. One is the missed field goal against NYG (108 yards as you mentioned) and one is the SB kickoff return against Colts (post season kickoff returns do not count in the stats).
So the real total should be 16.

你知道如果正确做出来的final partnership return什么样么？如果去年真的final了
，所有balance都会变成零，partner们的capital account也应该是零。然后他们在各
自去年的return里都该算basis和realized gain/loss to dispose the investment。
你还怎么做今年的？
如果不是这样的话，那根本就不是final return，只不过mark了final，所以他们才说
可以接着报。
而且，一个entity final不final，不是看return，而是看和SOS的filing。
