差距是全方位的，具体到单打的基本功，我就稍微列举robert的三个不如马来人的地方
，1. 腰腹差，没有后反弓变前弓，光靠手上力量回球，到底线太难，而且身体向后冲
的，动能没有被腰腹化解，光靠腿和膝盖制动，伤膝盖不说，下一个球肯定位置都丢了
（看Robert两腿膝盖都带护具吧！）2.击球手臂鞭打动作都没有，基本就是点一下，出
来的球速度慢不说，基本没有变线变速的可能，3.向前呢最基本的弓箭步也跨不出来，
你不看我老接马来人劈吊和放网那个跨步步长起码是robert两倍，都会有时够不到
光凭这三点，马来人前后场拉吊起来，robert球都摸不到是太正常了。。。21:5唯一需
要的是马来人稍微耐心点了，就像他对ubc的小女孩一样，不主动强行下压，就打单打

先和保守派法官一起strike down国会用commerce clause强迫每个人买保险。John
Roberts用了个比喻，如果今天政府能强迫每个人买保险，那明天就会以健康为理由强
迫每个人买Brocoli。但是John Roberts笔锋一转，说其实政府可以对不买保险的人收
税，税收是宪法赋予国会的权利。在他看来，对不买保险的人罚款其实是收税，所以合

Supreme Court nominee left a Washington law firm to become a federal appeals
judge in 2003, his financial reports show.
The 2005 report filed with the Senate Judiciary Committee listed his net worth
at $5.3 million. The 2003 report listed a net worth of $3.8 million.

说肯尼迪也改变.但肯尼迪没有改.Roberts的第一个判决是从政治上考虑的.今天的判决
倒是没啥悬念,法理也站得住.
最高法院从3月最初投票到6月出最终的判决,有三个月时间给大法官们改变主意. |

我记得以前加拿大还是哪里，有个华人教授叫这个名字。
有一次我们系请了这个robert li做讲座。
李教授很开朗，一开场就说，我是个中国人，我其实并不喜欢用英文名字，
但是现在我不得不经常使用我的英文名字，因为，我有一个响亮的中文名字，
叫 李洪志！！！
现在，我突然觉得这个教授非常悲催，以后他robert li这个名字可能也不能
