发帖数: 61 | 6 前面说到教练教的正手都是引拍大的那种，比赛看多了，发现我喜欢的两个选手FF和
Henin正手引拍都比较小。我就打算自己把正手的动作改改。放弃LMP Mid的时候我本来
不打算换回K95的，我那时就想直接上FF的拍子。正好我一个朋友有块多余的K90，我就
拿来打了一段时间，感觉就是很木。问过我两个教练的意见，一个说：like a wood
stick，另一个说：no feeling。总之都是差评。
想想还是打好球要紧，就不要瞎折腾了，就又回到K95，一个是用过还不错，再者就是
K95的涂装比较接近K90。这样我就用回K95，在这个半年里，我把正手动作改成小引拍
了。我的弦是power rough作mains，biphase x-one作crosses。基本两个星期断一次弦
。有次练球我的弦断了，一个朋友就把他的K90借给我用，他的是全副power rough的弦
，我当时应该是热身比较充分，状态正好，拿着K90打得非常顺手。
第二天我去换弦的时候就直接给我的K95上了全副的power rough。回来打的时候感觉不
对，一个是不吃球，再就是mains走线，这是我非常讨厌的事情，我用hyb |

发帖数: 5276 | 7 上个月demo了一下，感觉挺好的，稍微有点不适应的是重量，打了半个多小时就累了。
这次的线用的是alu power fluoro 17，60磅，因为前两天听穿线的人推荐给老拍子
liquid metal上了alu power rough 16L，也是60磅，觉得很不适应，轻轻一挥球就出
界了。好处是反手比之前更容易打深了，top spin似乎也强了（我是单反，而且很不稳
定的那种）。不知道大家对这个fluoro有什么评价？看review似乎也是刚出了不久的，
好像没有rough流行。另外好像费德勒用的也是rough这个线，ms磅数还挺低的，只是这
样似乎很难控制啊，我穿60磅都觉得弹性有点太大了。大家有什么评价？这个新拍子用
什么线，磅数多少比较合适呢? 谢谢了 |

pretty good. i also played insideout's blx90 with ALU rough. i felt Alu
rough had more pop and spin. i have tried golden set Hex but it was in
hybrid. so i need to try hex in full set. and golden set has a new textured
poly "Snakebite", which is interesting to try. generally speaking, goldenset
poly series has a playability 8 out 10 if we use alu rough as a scale. but
alu is too expensive and i used to break it in a week |

觉得Alu Power Rough各方面跟Alu Power差不多，durability比Alu Power差很多。他
两支拍子穿Alu Power Rough，每支大致就打了10个小时出头点就全断了。他用Alu
Power的话，大概每支打了3个星期左右，合起来我估计20个小时左右。 |

一般的就是ALU POWER ROUGH 和REGULAR ALU POWER. ALU POWER Rough 对身体的负担
稍微小一点，设计上接触球的方向宽一点，而REGULAR ALU POWER 就基本上时金属WIRE
.
ALU ROUGH是我个人最喜欢的线，但是一定主要绝对要带避震和护肘，这个线可能是最
容易打出网球肘的几种线之一了。 |

几个不知所谓的无聊的人天天吹嘘什么麻醉护士。
麻醉护士不需要医生SUPERVISE的州，加州就算一个。工作中碰到的CRNA，中国人也是
说还是医生赚得更多，如果遇到复杂的病人需要医生帮忙善后。人家可是干了二十多年
的老CRNA了。结果几个才工作几年的CRNA就一副我二十万美金一年，牛的不要不要了的
样子，井底之蛙。
工作中碰到的PA，老PA，人家自己开诊所，年入上百万美金。
NP也可以年入五十万美金，做一个CRNA真的没有啥好吹嘘的，尤其是ultrasound
guided peripherial IV insertion，根本就不算什么新鲜事，也就是几个千老不懂，
外行在哪儿一惊一乍的，以为多了不起，很多年前在interventional radiology上班，
早就会了，并不是什么难事，二十分钟就会了，很多RN都会，这个东西真心不是什么高
难度动作。如果上个CRNA学校就学这么一点东西，真心就学费白交了，当然要是做a-
line，大静脉的central line那个因为执照的限制，只有advanced 执照的人才能做，

現在壹些中國人，為了把成吉思汗吹成中國人，已經到了令人發指的地步。壹開始在教
科書上吹，鬧成了國際笑柄。後來又弄出了所謂“蒙古人起源於中國”“外蒙人是內蒙
