我在上海出生长大，北京工作若干，在上海也算住town house，老婆也是上海土生土长

我们仍然觉得美国青山绿水非常难得。Hiking+Sailing的生活真的很舒适。
在美国呆的地方不是大城市（西雅图和Bellevue的Highrise加起来还不如上海一个区）
，朋友
和社交也远不如中国来的有趣，可是对于宅男宅女，这些都不如森林公园，不如自己拥有
sailing boat，不如xbox+hdtv来的吸引人……
什么时候杭州湾的生态恢复了，什么时候上海自来水不需要过滤了，什么时候可以开着
坦克车
上马路了，什么时候中国的生活对我来说就完全超过美国了…… |

虽然导致被拒载的主要原因是我们自己，但是还是想写出来给xdjm们提个醒，日后坐
cruise是仔细准备签证身份文件，以免又损失钱财又ruin vacation。
我们本来就住在FL，丈母娘B2过来帮忙看小孩快满一年了(其间延过一次B2身份)，计划
临回国前一个半月全家包括小孩一起去cruise一趟，提前半个月在carnival官网定好的
trip，其中一个停靠点在墨西哥。预定付费完后，还刻意想着要把延期批准信I-797A
Approval Notice和护照放一起带全，以免出问题。
临行前几天工作家务特别忙，一直没有找到时间仔细收拾行李，临到头了才开始收拾，
匆忙间把所有人的护照绿卡之类的旅行证件一起装了包，还刻意确认了丈母娘的护照里

mustard greens还有hushpuppies吃的我是肚皮滚瓜溜圆的，好像还不贵，感觉像是鼓
楼后面姚记炒肝的消费水平。在我思想斗争的时候，不幸摸了口袋，发现钱包没带。看
着鱼贯前往的食客，看着门口挂着的30周年庆的招牌，一种1960年的感觉涌上心头。
这个地方很清静，很舒适，我在车里看自己的东西，一下午都觉得惬意。不少人来
sailing的，有的拖家带口，有的拉上狐朋狗友，有白的有黑的还有几个JSU的同胞。这
里要是有个sailing school多好，这项运动健康又高雅。我找到的最近的school在

〕及中国三大电讯公司之一的「网通」。
上海联合投资公司原是挂在上海市计委名下的公司，江绵恆九二年从美国回国，九四年
向上海市计委买回上联，据行内人说，当时上海联合投资公司的资金已上亿元，但江绵
恆实际只付了几百万就买到手，而那几百万也还是从国库里拿出来的，自己一个子儿也
没花。
上海联合投资公司表面上是国企，但实际上等于江绵恆的私产。江绵恆以上海联合投资
公司为个人事业的旗舰，坐镇上海，由于江绵恆的特殊背景，他要钱有钱，要权有权，
做生意包赚不赔，海外华裔和西方商人包括雅虎掌门人杨致远等，都纷纷上门拜访或投
靠，仅几年时间江大公子已建立起他的庞大电信王国，上海联合投资公司和被上海联合
投资公司控股的公司有十余家，如上海信息网络、上海有线网络、中国网通等，业务相
当广泛，如电缆、电子出版、光碟生产、电子商务、全宽频网络等。
