年底公司（eCommerce)sample sale,全是厂商送来给采购部门的sample，非商场柜台，
所以从未被试过，状态很好。有一双有小块stain，照片会标明。没有盒子。所以要求
跟商场全新的一样的同学请默默飘过。
本来打算春节前回国，所以趁公司sample sale买了一堆Ugg的东西准备送七大姑八大姨
，现在回国不买个国际名牌都不好意思送出手，特别是已经工作的人。。。结果临时有
事，计划全被打乱，这些东西寄回去太麻烦又贵，所以来看看版上有没有同学想要。

serum. 这让sample狠粘，跑出来的条带都歪歪斜斜的~ 没有办法放在paper里。
请问有经验的xdjm,怎么再不减少sample浓度的情况下，调整哪些条件让胶跑的整齐漂
亮点？
我们用的是全套invitrogen nupage system
sample 70度煮15分钟 (nupage LDS buffer instruction上的，说是比100度煮，条带
可以sharp点。instruction说10分钟，我还加了5分钟）
4%-12% bis-tris gel， 160 v 跑1个半小时的样子。

I am looking for quartz XRD sample holder, which is about 1-2 square
centimeter which a shallow hole in the middle. one can press the powder
samples into the hole when using. it is very useful for small amount of

. I am not sure about Z-test. If you assume the mean and sd from your total
sample are the mean and sd of the population, Z-test will be ok to test if
one sample mean is different from population mean. The standard error used
in Z-test should be sd (population)/n(one sample size).

You didn't say what you want to estimate and what your requirements are.
the only things you have said are useful: total sample 820000, and normal
assumption, and you want a sample size.
what if I told you sample size of 10? Is it ok?

第一，大体上看，这是一个sampling distribution的问题。也就是说，从population
里randomly select samples。 所以，这是标准的sampling distribution的问题，但
关键在于，需要知道 population mu 和 variance.
(x-u)/sqrt(variance) 就会是normal distribution了。
第二， 题目本身是 binomial的问题，也就说，红球出现follows binomial
distribution. 而红球出现的 mean = n*p , variance= n*p*(1-p), 而这两个就是之
前要求出的 population mu 和 variance。
最后，本题目要求的是 P（X〉40），把X 换算成 Z, 这样就能得出最后的结果了。

了emergency， 结果一等就等到了天亮； 医生说看症状不是很明显，不是单纯腹泻 也
好像不是痔疮，所以做个stool test， 于是取了样，告诉3天内不打电话，说明没事；
有事就会打电话。 今天医院还没打电话过来，因为担心是比较严重的情况，LD于是打
了个电话过去， 结果那边说 医院Lab 没有收到 sample，于是cancel了 test； 晕，
立马气坏了，跑去医院，找个负责人过来， 和我们唧唧歪歪了半天，说可能护士没有
拿到sample或者拿错了， 但是我们明明记得告诉过nurse，而且后来医生给我们开了
prescription，应该当时都check过的，可能是送样的过程中出了问题，结果至今都没
有做检查！！
太气愤了，医院这事做的，当时立马想说狠话，但是怕闹翻了，医院随便找个什么理由
，也没辙，所以只是要他们这次拿到sample后，仔细点，别又出叉子。 回来的时候，
还是心里很郁闷！耽误了时间，付了钱，享受个这样的待遇，而且事后就这样被打发了！ |
