而非server，server一般没问题，就是用ejb一样scale out
我觉得很多人说ejb不能scale out的本质原因是他们不懂ejb

google最简单，google本身有技术，但是重点不在scale out本身
搜索引擎的scale out，yahoo已经实现过了，google的强项在于效率上的提升
facebook等social meadia略难
netflix等streaming比较难
payment gateway这种也比较难，都是transaction
但是transaction的scale out的难度跟streaming难度比
我觉得差不了多少，我在payment gateway公司干过
里面对于netflix非常推崇，文档经常说netflix怎么搞
所以我们也应该怎么搞 |

样scale，以及这些方法对svm结果的影响。
假设： 一个人的年龄是输入数据，我找到数据中最大的年龄max和最小年龄min，然后,
new age= (old age-min)/(max-min),最后到［0，1］之间了。
但是，这样scale似乎是有问题的，因为60 虽然是20 的三倍，但是对结果的影响显然
不是3倍的关系。 假如我用另一个方法：我按照一定的规则，把年龄分段，假如5段的
话，这样就用5个取值 0或1的variable表示了这个连续变量年龄，这样会不会更好些？
类似的问题很多，比如我知道一个排名，从第一名到100名，显然第一名的影响不是第
100名的100倍，也许是10000倍。
有没有专门介绍常用scale方法的资料。

首先，除非是面start-up，否则大公司里都已经有了现成的
处理large-scale system的framework，不太可能要求你build
everything from scratch。所以对于大部分码工面试来说
只要知道large-scale system design的一些基本原则和
common software packages就可以了。
为了尽快上手，建议翻看以下几本书：
Big Data Glossary
Hadoop the definitive guide
HBase the definitive guide
里面具体编程和系统配置之类的章节完全可以略过不看。看完
以后能解释一些重要的原则和关键词就可以了。例如：
Divide and conquer
MapReduce (Mapper & Reducer)
Consistent hashing or extensible hashing
sharding
NoSQL vs SQL
Gossip protocol

例还比较小，而且大部分程序也只是scale的不好看，运行还是没问题，所以很多开发
者就偷懒了。

google用的是相似，模糊匹配
不过无论哪一种，都不难以实现scale out
人力也可以scale out，比如百度

对练过转身技术的人来说，转身是会提高还是会降低速度？
大家一般游一个直道50米还是两个25米夹一个转身蹬壁更快？
我现在25米在27秒左右，8-9 stroke cycle/length；50米1:01左右，9-10 stroke
cycle/length；100米常常是2:15左右，10-11 stroke cycle/length（游100米garmin
swim显示的速度四个length还是比较平均的，在32-34秒左右，有时后面的length时间
还短点儿）。在不同的距离中感觉用力程度大致是一样的，都没有all out。
从转身来说，没怎么练过，算是open turn，蹬壁以后会觉得有点缺氧（尽管转身前已
经大吸一口气），缺氧后腿会有点酸。从耐力来说，划频随着长度增加而增加。也不知
道到底是转身还是耐力的原因，速度不能scale。 |

都偏大。
再看tempo的变化
25：3.18
50：3.21
100：3.21
假设你掉头蹬壁滑行的距离和你出发的时候差不多。你在100以下是典型的恒频选手。
scaling factor略大（1.13,1.11）的原因，估计主要是划水力量下降略快或者身体姿
态保持变差造成的；改善蹬壁也会减小一点，但贡献有限；因为蹬壁之后觉得憋气，可
能应该及早上浮。
