一、有关第一次交易，有没有双方confirm好价格并close那次交易？答案是否定的，那只是azureray单方面强行结算，我是被迫接受的那个价格，我电话里qq上也说过不同意，但根本无济于事。最后我只好给账号，拿回可能的钱。再和他多说也是无用功。
1． 我们以前几次的出货，都是默认什么价格来结算？

事情现在的关键的焦点就在于第一笔交易azureray有没有不厚道？答案是肯定不厚道的。
理由+回应：
1.我没答应过收购价是多少！！是azureray自己根据前一天的行情去收购的，然后无理
地要我去承担！！
前一天晚上我没答应过你什么价，你说找人排队，我说那去吧，成本要控制一下的。当
天早上的电话你只是问我要多少个，我说不限量，但价格也没谈，是你自己以前一天价
格为参照去收了高价货，然后强迫我1300收!! 我是不收期货的，也不offer价格。因为
价格是每天变化的，出货价是需要根据深圳当天的价格和客户的回馈价来做出决定。所
以和我长期合作的老相好/先款护士我从来都不给价格，说好按版上行情走。

双方无异议部分：Mihuegg预付现款给Azureray前后共几万，让后者帮其收货，共有若
干笔交易成功。3月22日，Az一大早收货36件，但该天价崩。Mi和Az电话商谈。Mi方offer价格
1130/件, Az方参考前一天成交价要求1300/件。谈判未果。Az单方结帐，按1300算，并发邮件
声明伙伴关系就此结束。Mi方确认邮件。收回现金余款。第一次交易结束。
10几天后，4月6日，Az和Mi又进行了第二次先货后款交易。货发出. Mi少发回货款5040
元。
5040元刚好是 36台机器 x 140元.
主要争议一：3月22日36台机器价格。
-Mihuegg方说法: 机器价格按版上每日最高价。电话商定。

全款是当天晚上就wire到了他美元账户，我还出了手续费。呵呵
天地良心啊，一台比mit上高了20，没有任何的高价benefit，不能拖欠，必须瞬时到账
，也不能RMB交易。

哎，都是不动脑子，用air purifier就可以了。
先换furnace的air filter，用3M的质量最好的用一段时间。
然后刷漆，换地毯，厨房里面装个air purfier就可以了，很快就能去掉。
最贵的是IQair healthpro，也是最好的。便宜一点的用Austin air，或者用日货或者
韩货，千万别买大店里面的大路货。 |

当时我们把我们的上限一设，没几个房子；然后提高到1M,出来一些；然后取消上限，
一下子乌泱乌泱的房子都出来了。
学校里的peer pressure非常严重的，公立也好，私立也好，不同的层次,但同样的压力
。看过“闻香识女”（scent of woman）吧？
我们想让儿子上好的私立，就是想他能跳龙门，不要以后和我们一样苦哈哈的，当然我
们咬咬牙，学费是省得出来的，但他自己也要能读得进书。小家伙性格倒是挺好的，皮
厚大条。

unless for a medical reason.
There are likely formal rules against using perfume.
No need to complain directly to your colleagues. |

有时候光吃药也不解决问题，是因为有的孩子免疫系统太弱，身体不balance，就会引
起yesat infection。
有时候这个需要靠饮食来调整。
changing your diet (avoiding sugars, eating lots of fiber etc.)
using Tree Tea Oil
avoiding scented soaps
sleeping with no underwear (air out the infection)
avoid antibacterial soaps
stop taking antibiotics as soon as possible
eat lots of probiotics like yogurt and cottage cheese |

Use the liquid to wash/rinse the infected area several times a day or every
time after you use the restroom.
