date,试图卖用那部分钱买的股票还是会给我一个吓人的提示说“亲你的股票使用
unsettle的钱买的，settle之前卖的话锁你账户哦”。然后我就不敢动了。。。说好的
三天settle，都五天了那个提示还是会出现，整个人都不好了。能不能跟青蛙说说这是
正常的吗，是说只要那个提示在就不能动吗？还是哪里可以看到更确切的更新说那笔钱
到底settle了没有。谢谢大伙了！ |

有证据，并称自己人身受伤害。双方保险公司上报到仲裁机构，判他全责。对方保险赔
付了我全部的修车费用。
前年年底他上法庭告我，多次上庭，延期。去年5月对方声称找到witness，然后定于今
年1月pretrial。Pretrial原计划是法官主持让我们尝试settle。结果上庭当天早上保
险公司请的律师打来电话说保险公司和对方settle了，case已经over了，过几天寄给我
材料让我签字。
我的疑惑是 1 保险公司可以不征求我的意见直接settle么？
2 我是不是除了签字别无选择？
3 这个settle会作为理由涨保险么？律师说保险公司给了7500刀。
我是想在本版先问问下有经验的大侠，以便和律师交涉的时候心里有底。谢谢啦。

你自己仔细看看自己的证友条件。
其中第5条，说自己愿意为对方relocate,第6条，要求男方有稳定工作，第7条，要最终
settle down的。
人家说自己是485男其实想说明如下几点：
1.是奔着结婚的目的去的，否则就不叫485男了。你也可以因为在结婚后，放心的
relocate到男方地方去。
2.因为是485男，工作会相对稳定，不怕失业，不会一旦被裁，就回国。
3.还是那句话，人暗示是奔着结婚来的，就是你要求的settle down.
总结一下，那个485男，人家还是仔细看了你的要求，只是想说明自己能够符合你的要
求罢了，却被你一棍子打死。 |
