发帖数: 1371 | 7 昨天上午爬到mt sherman山顶，滑雪下来。基本上可以从山顶一直滑到TH，而且13000
尺以上的地方有corn snow，滑起来非常爽。
先简要的叙述一下流水帐：
前天晚上到离TH不远的fourmile campground，睡了个霸王觉（没给钱）。
昨天早晨6点的样子从TH出发，雪地被冻得比较硬，不需要snowshoes之类。
9点半的样子爬到顶，接近3000尺的高度，4mile单程。在雪坡上某些陡一点的地方
traction device应该有帮助。
10点过开始滑雪下来，雪况还行，上面的corn滑起来很爽，低一点的地方雪开始化了，
也不算很糟糕，更低的地方雪化成了稀泥状，不过反正基本上是平地也无所谓。一个小
时的样子到底，如果不是个别地方需要扛着雪板走过去的话可以更快。
顺便再说说：
昨天上午开始爬的时候，只有一组人去的比我早，而且他们不是爬的sherman，爬山过
程中一个人都没见到，是真正意义上的solo，只有滑到快到底的时候才遇到了一些游客
状的人。早出发非常重要，上个月从james peak上滑下来的时候，都下午两三点了，完

Sherman的身高是要硬拼WR的
ET3的Safety本质还是协防为主
所以那天才会没搞定保定 但还是tip到了
ET3主要是太快了 而且嗅觉灵敏 能干的活多
Sherman就是在CB位置上做到差不多极致
所以Sherman一直稳定
ET3就高高低低 能很逆天 但是也有不少时候搞不定
所谓专才与通才 |

was a Freshman All-American WR in college despite playing on a terrible 1-11
team. Sherman converted to CB only in his final two years in college,
which really hurt his draft stock as he was still learning the position when
he came out. He would have been drafted much higher if he had remained a
WR.

发帖数: 1347 | 37 星期六我们一行四人于06:00从Boulder出发，前一天我注意到预报里西部山
区少见地不在Tstorm warning区域中，所以时间上将会很充裕。
Trailhead在Fairplay以西十多mi处，我们出发点elevation 11900ft，elevation
gain将近2200ft。我们
队伍中照例inchigh打头阵，我后面是第一次上14er的floracici，压阵的又是
任劳任怨的CO。
trail前一半上可以看到几处废弃的旧矿，后面大致就是在从Mt Sheridan到
Mt Sherman的山脊上。上山脊前trail有几处分叉交错，如果走错可能绕一点远路，
或走错到Mt Sheridan上去。
这个14er的难度比起Mt Bierstdat和Grays Peak来，还要略低一点点；但是
这天带来些麻烦的是较强的西风，一到山脊上风力立刻加强，最大按风级足有
七八级，当正好顺风的时候完全可以借风力上陡坡全不费腿力。我把帽子和手套
装备上，总算可以保持温度。
我到了山顶后，inchigh担心floracici在这样的大风中上不来，就先下去接应。
我过了十多分钟也开始往下走 |

+ countless kisses。 唉，忍不住赞我自己一个，真是24孝好老妈啊！
早上7点出发，9：30到达离trailhead（the gate）不远的地方停车。要开很长一段off
-road，大概有11/12mile的样子，sedan开慢点问题不大。

还有不少野花，这花期还挺长的，七月中下旬到八月中下旬，以后用不着七月底就巴巴
的跑出去看花啦。
