补充一下，关于楼主提到的3.
3.有时候FC搞错了，比如你同一种东西，寄了2次，每次寄100个，然后shipping queue
里显示一个shipment收到40，另一个收到160.然后你觉得没什么问题，就没有开case追
40那个shipment少60个货的问题。
这种情况的确是有可能被黑的，收到160个的那个shipment 可能会在某一天显示-60，
把那多出来的60个扣走，但是并不会补给你另外一个少了60个的shipment，这种情况下
如果你不去要，过了9个月就找不回来了。
另外我想再补充一点经验之谈，
4. 一个shipment 寄过去，很快close了，东西数量也正确无误，不要就以为完事了，
再过三个月看，可能东西又少了。我的经验是，过了6个月check 如果这个shipment 还
没问题，那就是真的没问题了。
所以，FBA 卖家的一个日常工作就应该是check shipment，有问题发信给seller
support 死磕，这个工作不轻松，非常繁琐，如果楼主的价格不贵，外包给楼主可能也... 阅读全帖 |

以我们常用的 International Priority和Economy为例， 分为label页 和Commercial
Invoice 页两个部分， label的第一和第二页叫做Master label，上面的tracking也

来，抛砖引玉了。
首先要说的是，FBA的库存乱的很，很多shipment你看都是没有出入，很有可能也给你
少算了很多。如果要准确的查这些库存上的出入，我觉得最主要的是要看adjustments
，shipment和reimbursement。查shipment的出入很简单，就不多说了。
adjustments的情况就很复杂了。具体来说有很多项，详细说明马总有链接：

经常见到的比如M就是仓库给你的货弄丢了跟一个“-1”，隔一段时间如果找到了就一
个F，跟一个加1.还有比如仓库给你弄坏了，就是一个E，然后跟一个P和一个O，意思是
损坏了以后从sellable变成了unsellable，最后去掉。还有X，是调整shipment的出入
给你减去，这X没有对应的shipment ID，所以得开case问。有时候Amazon还借你的货拿

shipment ID。每个shipment ID的条目都会显示你sent多少个，received了多少个。提
醒大家要好好检查，如果received少于sent一定要及时开case。具体方法就是点击
reconcile然后开case。
这里特别要指出几个重要的tip，很多老手也不知道：
1. 建议你一定要按last updated的时间排序。然后一个个查。为什么？因为有些
shipment有可能是你半年前开的，到今天才close。所以你很容易就会漏掉。
2.追讨期9个月，过了就赖掉不会赔你。而且随着时间的推移，有问题的及时reconcile
也会开始要求你提供invoice。如果短时间内你去reconcile有可能不需要你出invoice
，时间一长就会要求，所以及时检查很重要。

就是说都收到了，shipment closed,然后过了十天偷偷全给你减掉，shipment还是
closed，不注意查根本发现不了。开了case还管你要invoice。
这些shipments全都是到ONT8的，提醒一下。 |

1. receive in-full的shipment，过些日子可能会被减掉几个。你不查的话，损失自己
担。
2. 如果有一个shipment的货被合并收入到另一个shipment，合并后的数字过些日子可
能会被调整到单个shipment的数量。你不查的话，损失自己担。
3. inventory adjustment 的货，说的是45天后自动赔，实际上马鬃好像有个team会人
工把关，认为不合理的自动赔偿，会被抹掉。我有个货，发了14个过去，卖了3个，撤
回来10个，有一个被马鬃misplace掉。发信过去问，回复说14-3-10-1＝0，刚好平衡。
不用赔。。
还有不少问题，以后有时间再列。
我猜测，导致现在这个局面的可能原因：1）按照以前的库存管理和赔偿方式，
inventory reimbursement这块，马鬃的成本相当高。CEO看不下去了，说这块的成本必
须砍下去，不然财务报表没法看，股价上不去。仓库人员迫于上头的压力，开始乱搞。
CEO看了最近几个季度，这块的成本显著下降，很高兴。实际上，卖家们的投诉和抱怨

Also, if you import more than 3 shipments per year,
you better purchase annual bond in advance (4 weeks before the shipment
landed on US) to save cost
since without annual bond, you need to pay ISF10+2 Bond and single bond for
