可信度.让jury产生如此想法, 该证人有仇视黑人的前科. 他所做
的证言不可靠.
不管其他证据再如何明显, 对OJ再如何不利, 只要抵触credibility
这基本信条. 这一切都是无用的.
BTW, all jury are black except one latino white in OJ case.

Tjmaxx $69.95 加税来的，全新没穿过。鞋底的痕迹来的时候就有，应该是试鞋试
的（鞋跟rubber那里可见是新的）左脚鞋跟上有两处擦痕，因为是金色的不细看不太明
显。
鞋跟高 3 3/4 inch，很粗，所以穿起来还算舒服。
